Just wanting some advice on how many sets/reps I should be doing, and any other comments on my leg workouts...

WORKOUT 1

12* 275lbs

10* 300lbs

8* 325lbs

6* 350lbs

LEG EXTENSION

10* 300lbs

8* 325lbs

WORKOUT 2

SMITH MACHINE SQUAT

15* 132lbs

12* 220lbs

10* 308lbs

6* 330lbs

6* 352lbs

LEG PRESS

10* 300lbs

8* 325lbs
