Awesome. I was just thinking about this event, so thanks for posting it here, OB.

I notice you're using the same model in your poster that we did recently. Drizzt had better get himself an agent!

Cheers Pseudonym,

Poster art work took a while, and the Model was hard to get a hold of lol, needs a agent like you said..

Results BBro Powerhouse Open 2013

Had a good turn out 45 lifters down on last years 52 lifters.

We started at 7.30am weigh in and were finished by 4.15 pm with a half an hour break for lunch. This was due to the SPEED TEAM our spotters, big ups to these guys. Our Spotter loaders are some of the fastest around, and we did not have our usual test run the night before. This is the key to a good comp the Spotter Loaders, the comp can drag on or be a great success which it was.

A big field for the ladies even with the Power Angles out.

Quite a few Junior and Open novice lifters competed and we will be getting some sign ups, as they all enjoyed themselves. The were good battles in the 93s 105s and especially in the 120s. This was a good comp with no bombs only one RBD Removed by Doctor.

Highlights:

  • Maria back up to speed in her Comp Total PBs all over.

  • Richard Watson 81kgs 650kgs
