An apology to all...

Been thinking about it and I guess i have been at times quite obnoxious and arrogant with my views.. years of firm belief are quite hard to shake but I have come around to being way more open minded and I have learned so much since I started posting in this forum. Owe a lot of you a big thank you for some really good advice. Thought it was time I pulled my head in and stopped arguing with those that most definitely know better..

As for my training and diet - I have made huge progress in a very sensible manner for the first time in my life so the advice I have been given in here has been proven to work 100%.. Fancy doubting the experts in this feild eh?

Any way, a big sorry to those whose toes I  have tread on and especially a big apology to you dinahlady although Im picking you'll probably never want to speak to me ever again...  Oh well....

In the future I'll endeavour to do far more listening and far less aruging guys...

Again sorry to those I have upset..

Thanks for the apology mrgeeky. It's great that you are doing well with the Jrackish info from fellowship. I think we all try and get a balance between being confident with our views, knowledge and experience and being open to new things (and it's not always easy!)

I do think its great when people have opinions and in a forum/community and places like gyms when you ask for advice its great to let people know what you are doing to implement/follow whichever parts of the advice that has been given. :)

haha, re links wish I could go back and delete most my old posts, especially in TRT..  Thanks for the vote of confidence and the kind words mate.
