I think calories are too low.

Heres one of many sites to calculate http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

And track your calories using http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

Weight all food, liquids should be mostly water, okay is green tea /coffee black no sugar, no fizzy drink at all.

Put stats into calc and let us know what you get

Yea they are really low and am trying hard to up them for my age and hight am nearly 1000 calories out so will try and work on that. cheers for that

I like the idea of calorie cycling. I think it is good to be a bit conservative with the calorie reduction initially. Monitoring weight/fat loss as time goes than making small necesary adjustment is a sensible idea IMO. If you cut your calories too low straight away you won't leave much "room to play with" down the line when weight loss stops. A modest reduction in calories and some increase in daily activity is a sensible plan I think.

Which type of diabetes do you have? How do you control it?

Good luck on your journey tho *clapping*

Nice transformation!

The diabetes may mean you need to take a bit more care with the amount and type of carbs in your diet. We can give you general advice, but your situation is a bit more complicated, so it's definitely good that you're seeing a nutritionist. Let us know what they say. I'll be curious to see if/how it differs to our advice.
