DId armwrestling training with Maat and Montz yesterday at Blaze gym for about an hour. Biceps and forearms got completely fried. DId some light chest and triceps after for about half an hour. Will be training with them every Saturday

 

Maat's gonna try and set me up a supermatch at the armwrestling comp at the Fitness Expo so that should be fun. There's also going to be an armwrestling comp held in Rotorua's city focus in August or September which I'm keen to compete in.

 

83.6kg bodyweight.

That weight's just falling off you!

Well, I lost 1.1kg from yesterday lol. This morning I was 82.5kg haha. 4kg in 2 weeks and that's on 3100 calories daily :o

Decided to check out the Redwoods today, haven't been there in over 10 years since I was a child and did a 5km track through the forest. It was absolutely amazing and bloody good cardio too. Starts off with a steep climb but then it flattens out with moderate incline and then a gradual descent. Took me 30 minutes which I was pretty impressed by haha. Amazing how much more lighter and nimble you feel when you lose 6kg. I was sitting around 88kg before nationals and felt heavy and sluggish all the time.

 

 

You should do a vid next time you guys train. Have always been interested in what arm wrestlers do excercise wise.

I'll try to get a vid done but we really just do armwrestling for an hour bro haha. Absolutely killer

Trained with FUBU today and showed him how to do deadlifts. He picked it up really quickly and I think he'll be doing some heavy deadlifts soon.

On Wednesday I just did back and biceps

 

Calories down to 2600 from 2800 now as rate of weight loss is a bit slower than projected. Was supposed to be 82kg by last Saturday and goal is 81.5kg by this Saturday but was 82.2 this morning and 82.4 yesterday.

Went and checked out the fitness expo yesterday. I also had a ranking battle armwrestling match against Jake Watkins, best out of 5 matches. Won all 3 in a row.

 

Calories were a bit over yesterday (3600) because I had lots of carbs in the morning to try and get a bit stronger. Trained arms in the afternoon with the mates that I went up with at Cityfitness Newmarket.
