Those ceps grown with all that arm day errryday training?  

Lol it's like my second day training again. Probably just not eating enough and bloat going down from finishing blast. Right SI joint is a bit sore at times. Only doing arms 3 days a week

 

 

Will you be u95kg class for pro raw?

I'm not sure if I'll do ProRaw now lol. I'll be in the U95kg class and these guys are totalling 860kg or more, well over 800 whereas I'll be lucky to crack 750. And I've got all my exams in November so not sure if the dates clash or not but it'll be hard to do both without compromising the other.

 

Also decided to do IFBB Auckland show on Aug 15 lol. So starting cut

Fair enough bro your bodyweight isn't really high enough for that class and it's too high for the lower class. Plenty of pro raws ahead and you are still only so young.

NCEA Level 2 Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Will do Level 3 next year then hoping to go to Pre med in either Auckland or Otago in 2017. Doing them now cos I left school at 16 with no credits.

Na, will keep it mostly the same. Just add in some cardio at the end of workouts. I'll still lift heavy although I'll get weaker.

True cool bro. Did you look into tertiary foundation cert? I left in 5th form too but got uni entry that way.

First time doing pullups with weight added. Just found out gym has a dip belt so will be doing these every back day. Keen to find out my max weight pullup haha

15 mins treadmill 8kph 4* incline for first 5 minutes then no incline for last ten minutes

 

86.5kg bodyweight this morning. I think that I'll probably have to drop down to 78kg to get in comp condition so that means 8 weeks to lose 8kg, roughly 1kg a week.

 

Started diet today at 3200 calories. Will likely drop calories by 100 calories each week. Not planning on having any cheat meals or cheat days or refeeds or whatever you want to call them.

Oh my dad just wanted me to play golf so I only went to school for 10 hours a week or less since intermediate andl when I turned 16 he pulled me out so I could practise golf fulltime. 

Oh wow - so homeschooled? If only he'd pulled you out so you could practise powerlifting - you'd be lifting more than Hamish by now. :D
