Blew out my shorts today on the first set of 200kg. It was supposed to be 4 sets of 4 at 200 but wasn't feeling it today for some reason. Barely getting the second rep. Should get my strength back soon.

 

Did leg extensions then leg press. Diet has been shit for last few days so lost like 2kgs and was 85.7kg this morning.

Pullups x10, 8, 6, 6

 

Did another hour of bodybuilding exercises for chest back and arms. Did 5 minutes of core also.

 

86.5kg bodyweight.

Wasn't easy but wasn't too hard either. Could have done a couple more sets I think but think I'll just do 2 sets of deadlifts cos 4 sets just gives me back pain I think

First 3 plates were 25kg so add 30kg. Last set was 590kg, I thought it was 600 lol. Leg press is a joke, way too much hassle loading plates and shit. I'll stick to squats.

Couldn't get any of the shirted benches to touch. Closest I got was about 2 inches off the chest with 180. Got ripped up hard by the shirt.

Barely got the first rep of 210kg then nearly got crushed on the second but managed to just grind it out. It was supposed to be 4 sets of 3 lol. My quad muscles felt like they were gonna snap which was weird cos I haven't felt that before. Tried to do a rep out set with 160kg but my quads were feeling weird so I stopped as I didn't want to injure myself.

Last set was a dropset

 

Got a pretty sick pump I could barely walk. A bit disappointed with the squats but I'll live.
