Yeah obviously overdose but a mate of mines dad who's a psychiatrist (used to be one of best weightlifters in nz) was talking about a case of girls committing suicide from accutane depression. no biggie.

Yeah thats girls for you though br0. Fucking crazy cunts. On this forum we men though not little bitches that contemplate suicide. Only thing we contemplating is steroids, growth hormone, hard drugs and smashing box. Smash more box with clear skin

That was enough to have me feeling nauseous so I ended it there and had to puke on the way out lol. Bodyweight is 83kg this morning. After lying down for an hour at home, had a 2000 calorie breakfast of ham, chicken, potato and salad. Gonna have a little nap then catch up with mates for 9 holes of golf and have a few drinks. Then off to Rhythm and Vines tomorrow, CHHHHEEEEEHOOOOOOO!!!

 

Also did up a 9 week program I'm gonna start after New Year's for the GPC Rotorua Powerlifting Classic on March 7. I'm gonna be competing in it in the u75kg class lol as I'll be 2 weeks out from the Proam show on March 21. I'm aiming for squat 260kg, bench 150kg and deadlift 250kg which would not be too shabby for a 75kg lifter. I based my maxes on my goal lifts at comp and used Prilepin's table as a guide to set my weights/reps/sets.

First day back in the gym since Xmas day. Went down to BW/RNV and had the sickest time, things got loose as f*ck and loved every minute. Ate complete shit and drank the whole time so got back up to 89kg when I got back on New years day.

 

Now back down to 85kg bodyweight and on comp prep for March 21 IFBB proam

 

Deadlift sumo

60kg x8

100kg x5

140kg x5 add belt

175kg x6, 4 sets

 

Deadlifts were fucking tough, the last two reps on each set were a grind. So weak

 

Pulldown machine

x12, 4 sets

 

Row machine

x12, 4 sets

 

Hammer curls

12kg x12, 4 sets

 

Felt like puking and had the worst headache after doing deadlifts. Also been sweating like a rapist since I got back. Woke up the last few nights with drenched pillow and my shirt will be drenched doing basic things. Hoping it's just temporary and me just sweating all the drugs out from RNV lol.

Also started up new blast.

 

250mg Test E per week

400mg Tren E per week

300mg Mast E per week

Pinning Mon/Thurs

 

10mg Aromasin everyday

20mg Nolva everyday

20mg Isotretinoin everyday

 

Reason for Nolva/Aromasin is to try get rid of gyno lumps, they've gone down drastically but still noticeable to myself from side on. Been getting a few breakouts on the face and body so taking a low dose of isotretinoin to keep the acne at bay.

Lol yeah gonna be cutting for bb show on March 21 so will be around 78kgs by March 7. I'll just cut some water for weigh-in to make U75kg then rehydrate and have cheat day to gain bodyweight and lift at 80kgs. Tactics.

Why the Mast bro?

 

Trying to keep aromatisation down to a minimum and also read Mast has anti-gyno properties (used as breast cancer treatment). Also mast is good for comp prep.

First time using it so will be interesting to see.

ok, cool i had never heard that before now. keep us posted if you feel it actually helps. plus i didn't see until now your doing a body building comp which makes more sense.

Think I might've injured my back slightly on Monday's deadlifts as my lower spine hurts when I sneeze and when I first lie down. So I skipped front squats today
