Hurt my right shoulder. Its sore when I move my arm around or press. Think it's from the failed attempt on 260kg when I dumped it and my right hand held on. It must've twisted my arm back. Not too painful so hopefully it gets better

Deadlift 1: 230kg - No lift
Deadlift 2: 250kg - Good lift (40kg comp PB)
Deadlift 3: 265kg - No lift

Total: 665kg (100kg comp PB)

Came 2nd overall by one point. Very happy with the result and my next powerlifting comp will be the GPA Worlds in Sydney in November.

f*ck these were hard. Haven't done conventionals since February and my back was definitely a lot weaker. Used to hit 8 easy as on warmups but struggled to get 5 reps

Tried to do calves but they were cramping up lol.

Some good volume on the fronts today. Quads were pumped and destroyed. Thoracic spine took quite a beating too. I'm planning on doing front squats for the majority of my quad days for the next 4 weeks to work on my weak point which is my upper back. I'll still do a couple sets of back squats to keep the motor pattern fresh. Then the 8 weeks after that to GPA worlds, I will start my peaking program where I focus on the main lifts and build up to heavy weights.
