It was supposed to be deload week last week but I did the set of 220kg for 8 on Tuesday so decided to make this week a proper deload. My back is feeling a bit tender so thought I'd play it safe.

 

531 Deload week

 

Squat

60kg x5

80kg x5

100kg x5

120kg x5

 

Leg extensions

Full stack x15, 4 sets

 

Biceps

12 sets

 

87.6kgs this morning. Reduced my calorie limit to 3000 starting from yesterday. Gonna be shredded for christmas

10-11% , your ab wall still there and legs are still seperated, as gh15 would say holding water like niagra falls Biggrin


Cheers nigga. I'd say I'm about 12% or so. And yeah definitely holding a ton of water as my socks are still making deep indents in my ankles lol.

 

Just trained chest and triceps just a short 30 minute session. Got a good pump. Went to the GP and got some minocycline antibiotics prescribed for my acne. 100mgs ED for the next 3 months. Hopefully that will clear it up.

 

Also measured my blood pressure which was 124/66. Height was 172cm and weight 86kgs on doctors scales. Told him I was concerned about my kidney and liver health as I eat a high protein diet and eat a moderate amount of saturated fat so got bloods prescribed as well. Getting tests for:

Full blood count

Liver/Enzymes - Liver Function

Renal - Creatinine

Renal - Electrolytes

Glucose - HbA1

Lipids - Lipids Fasting

 

Will get blood drawn on Friday and hopefully everything is good!

awesome you gonna post bloodwork? ive been meaning to get some for a a while now, should have told him you been taking OTC test booster and you want a hormone panel as well lolol

Got blood drawn this morning. I will post if I get a copy of the results but the doc said he would just phone me if anything was wrong. Didn't want to push it by asking for testosterone and what not. I already know that testosterone will be off the charts (literally) and not having any estrogen related sides so I assume it is under control.

Think we gonna see a big difference in progress pics tomorrow hopefully. Been sticking to a 3000 calorie limit and not getting any cravings so thats really good. Ive changed my mentality towards food a lot since my last cut and its helped a lot.

My gym membership expired yesterday and I'm going to be moving gyms as they offered me a discounted rate. I'm going to be working 11 days straight from Sunday until Christmas so I'm not gonna join the gym until after New Years. I'm just going to work out at home and do some Crossfit in the meantime. 

 

Trained arms today at home

 

Close grip pushups

x30, 3 sets

x25, 3 sets

 

DB curls

14kg x15, 12, 12, 12, 12

 

Overhead Tricep db extensions

10kg x15, 4 sets

 

Barbell curls

27kg x12, 4 sets

 

Hammer curls

11kg x15, 5 sets

 

Skull crushers

27kg x15, 5 sets

 

20 minute jog around neighbourhood. It was a mean workout.

Crossfit at 8am this morning.

 

Started off with a block run which takes about 10 minutes just around the block. Then divebomber pushups 3 sets of 7, then 15 pullups. That was the warmup part 1, then part 2 of the warmup was deadlifts. 15 reps of 30% 3RM, 12 reps of 50% 3RM and 10 reps of 70% 3RM, which was 60kg, 100kg and 140kg respectively.

 

Then we got into the workout of the day:

7 strict deadhang pullups
7 reps deadlifts @ 80% 3RM (started off with 140kg, then dropped to 100kg in second round, then 60kg in 3rd round)
7 reps burpees
7 reps KB swings (started off with 32kgs, then dropped to 16kgs in the 3rd round)
7 reps goblet squats (same as KB swings)
7 reps deadlifts
7 reps KB lunges

7 rounds, 35 minute limit.

I only got through 5 and a half rounds lol. My cardio is real shit, started off strong then 2 rounds in I was completely gassed. I was taking 30 second breaks in between each exercise.

 

After the 35 minutes was up we went for 2 laps around the block. Sweated so much and I must've burnt so many more calories than I do in a normal workout. It was hard out.

85kgs, I was 84.5kgs yesterday morning but had a pretty big dinner with high sodium last night so gained a bit of water weight I think. I'm still quite bloofy, need to lose all that water. Anyone got some Aldactone? jokes haha. Pretty happy with how I'm leaning out. I'd say I'm about 12% bodyfat.

Man so sore today everywhere. Did triceps yesterday and 30 minutes cardio. Finding it hard to stick to my diet atm with so many temptations and no clear goal to cut for. Still maintaining at 85kgs due to going over by a fww hundered calories these past few days.

Tired of being bloated and having a moonface. Never going to go over 10% bodyfat ever again. Plus I want to compete in the under 82.5kg division for powerlifting this year

 The moon face is strong in this one...

genetics brah... Asian ppl have big cheeks cause they have big mouth fulls of food.. I been diff parts of Asia a lot and they all stuff their faces... Evolution cuz.
