That's cool it takes time, good to see you are focusing on compound movements they will give you a great base of strength and muscle as time progresses. You mentioned that it's tough, be carefull not to do too much when you are starting up. See what the other guys think but as a suggestion I would say around four day a week training and maximum of about an hour and a half in the gym each session. I hope that is helpfull? Not trying to give advise that you might not want............anyway good luck with the training.
