Not competing but will be up there on the Sunday to go to the Training Camp on the Monday. Looks like it'll be a fun day and hoping to learn a bit from some with a hell of a lot more experience than me !

Cheers - BarBrother competed today (I know he got an easy 300kg squat, not sure of the other lifts).  Phedder, Tonka and myself are lifting tomorrow... that's all that I can think of?

 

Edit - and RunVeeRun competed this morning too!  Easy 100kg squat, can't remember the others for her either though sorry.  I seem to switch off when bench hits, ha ha *blush*

 RunVeeRun competed this morning too!  Easy 100kg squat, can't remember the others for her either though sorry.  I seem to switch off when bench hits, ha ha 

Vee did well - 100 squat/ 57.5 bench and 110 deadlift for a 267.5 total - and she had the flu!

Here are the Results from the weekends lifting, pretty awesome weekend with a total of 73 lifters, with 40 National Records Broken. The CDPA "Green Machine" is very proud to have hosted these Nationals, and especially to have all our fellow lifters together for a fine weekend of lifting.
