Tuesday June 25

Had to miss yesterday due to bad case of the sniffles. Starting my new bicycle commute this week, so will be interesting to see how ~50km of cycling per week affects high frequency squatting *crazy*

My guess is "badly" but we'll see if I can acclimatise to the extra work. More food should help!

Push Press

Build up to 85x 1, 87.5x 1, 90x miss

Backoff: 80x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

Front Squat

Build up to 100x1, 105x1, 110x1

Backoff: 90x 2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2

Felt great and snappy so just kept going and going every 90 sec or so.

Press

Few pump sets with 40kg something like 10, 10, 8, 10, 8

Wednesday June 26

crap session today, zero energy. Worked on new technique for squats, only did a couple of sets but tried to sink every rep nice and deep.

Squats

Build up to 140x1, 145x1, 140x1

Back-off 120x3, 3, 3

Bench

Could barely unrack the warmups so just abandoned ship.

Forced myself to do some light sets on that retarded chest machine and some curls.

Off to bed now for much needed sleep!

Thursday June 27

Bike chain snapped today. Not a very auspicious start to my commuting! f*ck I'm out of shape too, legs are burning hard after 5kms.

Build up to 67.5

Backoff 60x 3,3,3,3,5

just realised strict press got weak. Time to turn it around!

Deadlifts

160x 5,5,5
