When it comes to glutamine most dudes either rate it or reckon its pretty useless.

I take it 5g of it 3 times a day and its cheap enough so i figure why not. Not sure how much it's doing for my recovery.. if i started waking up the morning after a workout without being sore i think i would take a look at my training instead of putting it down to the glutamine :?
