2013 Olympia Offseason Contenders

I think Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Kai Greene & Shawn Rhoden are the main contenders for the Olympia.

Never realized how much wider Jay is to Phill

Kai seems to be the leanest this offseason. Toney Freeman will also be competitive for the top 5 positions as will Dexter and Dennis.

Will definitely be a more interesting Olympia than last years but still won't be as good as the 90's when Dorian, Kevin, Shawn, Wheeler, Paul and Nasser competed.

Is Jay being wider due to his skeleton, the distance between his colar bones? Im just trying to workout the difference it makes on the look of width.

Or are they basically the same Stucture and jay has more mass in different places giving the the illusion of more width.

Can someone point out which differences mainly is genetics, and whats not.

I think phils delts are shorter bellies, Making them look full and round. Is that a right assumption?

Jay has a wider skeletal frame than Phil that's why Phil was told be would never become Olympia.

Yes Phil has different muscle bellies to Jay giving a more full appearance and the illusion of being a lot larger (not that he isn't).

i may be way off here but kinda looks like phils shoulders are rolled forward there where as jay is maintaining a better posture helping him look even wider in contrast

There's a clip of Jay guest posing from this past weekend at Pittsburgh pro.

Looks massive and a lot better than the photos.

Still can't see him beating Phil

Amazing to think Jay was around 225lb so 100kg around 6 months ago when he wasn't sure he would compete again.

Must be over 300lbs now

Not sure how to post pics but there's heaps of him out there at that weight

^^ This, posture in photo exagerating the difference.

How much will the bicep tear cost Jay? Looks kinda obvious even in the photos, when shredded how's it gonna fair? Thoughts?

Which arm did he tear again?

His side chest pose does look awkward... Their is a video on YouTube for the pose down with Phil at the Ohio Natural Classic.

Not sure exactly why they and guest posing at a natural show.
