Good Afternoon, i am pretty much so happy with my results at this stage

my before photos, i look unhappy fat ugly and sick all the time

i can't remember how much i weight etc but this is what i used to look like about 1.5 to 2yrs ago

as of today, last night . took the photo,

im 86.7kgs and about 14% BF i see shape coming on and abs coming on, its the greatest feeling ever and i feel so healthy and alive everyday!

had alot of nice support on here with diet programs and helping thanks to you members.! my next target is about 10% and I'm happy from there
