Hi Team thought i would chuck up a few comparison pictures from last year to this year. pics are 12 months apart and have a weight difference of around 6.7kg.

New taken lastnight with no pump, sitting at 88.7kg, still fat and probably put myself at 18-20% BF. Plan is to spend another year getting to 95Kilo and then take some time and slowly cut to 85-87kg

From the pictures is there anyting i badly need to bring up? (Main focus is to bring up legs and back)

Cheers bro, yeah i see that. Basically have to build on everything!

Have been abit sporadic with leg training the past year. Fallen into the the guy who skips leg day :oops: have started squatting three times a week with a focus in a wider stance and am tweaking my leg trainings too.

Safe to say my BF guess is roundabout right?

Yeah bro! But its coming upto Winter and i have some lifting goals i want to hit ASAP, only person thats really going to see me without a shirt on is the GF and putting on weight is addicting :twisted:

Have to disagree with Jimmy. your muscles don't look that thick, you're just fat so they look thicker. Not hating, just stating.

Definitely add more size before cutting, good idea. I would say your delts and chest need more work than your back does judging by this pictures. You should have a decent amount of size with another 7kg added

I reckon your body fat is certainly higher, but you've also gained a good bit of muscle size as well - particularly in the lats.

I'd agree with the 18-20% estimates, and personally I'd cut before trying to bulk further. Or at least concentrate on maintaining the weight while slowly gaining lean mass and losing body fat. But if your goals are more strength-related, then what you're doing is just fine.

If you find sticking to a diet and loosing bodyfat relatively easy then getting to a lower bodyfat level would be my suggestion.

However if you find it difficult then Being 18 odd % is not going to hinder you from gaining muscle mass and strength.

It's winter time shortly, you don't want to be getting up early to do cardio and fucking around at the gym late at night in a calorie deficit if you don't have to be. I don't see the fun in that personally.

To me it looks like you have a good base to work from now with some obvious muscle mass. As long as you keep an eye on your nutrition and don't gain anymore bodyfat you will go well.

Lastly legs! Forget back and chest improvements your legs look behind everything else. Next time do a full body photo. But yeah smash the legs.

Thanks for all the advice guys. To be honest I do find it hard sticking to a diet but have no problem getting up early in the cold to get moving. I really want to hit at least 92-93kilo before commiting to a cut so I think that's going to be the plan from now, my legs will be my main point of focus as I know they're way too small for my frame and could be an easy way to add some weight?

Will post new pictures when I hit my goal weight and start my cut to 12% bf. cheers for all the comments
