Sup so I was just pinning myself about 30 mins ago, right lower quad and def not the first time ( I've pinned ) and it felt the same as usual everything was fine but few mins after I stood up to put stuff away and got what I could only describe as a bad wind up the right side felt like under my rib cage or something so I lay down for a bit and it's mostly gone.. just wondering if anyone else has had anything remotely similar before?

Sites not sore, legs not sore, didn't bleed, no blood on aspiration etc etc - just the random wind feeling which was pretty uncomfortable haha

Suspect if anything you nicked a capillary and some oil went through. Happens often with tren (esp acetate) for some reason beyond my knowledge but have heard of guys doing it with test. Most often described as cough or wheezy feeling like asthma but could explain your symptoms.

Ask one of the experienced enhanced guys here they'll know more.

Hrmm weird! Did not enjoy it.. lay on bed scribbling up a quick last will and testament but then something good came on TV haha!

PS I think what you said was spot on, Ive had a few wheezy feeling coughs here and there since .. still a bit tight feeling, congested like with flu almost hah random! Better not f*ck with my workout in 20 mins!

man was more nervous today pinning than my first time lol *please don't hit anything*

Was fkn mint though as all the others bar one.

Question regarding pin sites.. I know to move it round to avoid scar tissue build up etc but how often would you guys do this? So far I've done right leg on Fridays and left on Mondays - so one jab a week per leg and moving the site around each leg - using outside of leg lower/upper/mid etc all quad though - more variation required or? I use the foam roller and stretch a lot too if that even helps, unsure.
