Really? It looks like a lot more. But then, if you thought you were 77kg before... Have you tried using another set of scales?! :P

Yeah Im pretty sure they are acurate? They are the gym ones that everyone uses.

But yeah Ill try some others. Might go turn on some at the Warehouse and use'em haha. Try before you buy!!

Deads are getting easier! I have managed 2x180 in a row. Usually I can only get it up once, then have to wait. I am worried about my form though so I might go a bit lighter and make sure its right.

Chest day today! Its weird, all of a sudden I am seeing changes. I got protein for my shakes last week, same one as before. Ehh, maybe its new lights in the bathroom :)

So I have started eating like a normal person.

Breakfast  this morning. Protein shake with a cup'o'oats and a medium sized banana.

This morning tea was jusr an apple and a musli bar.

Lunch will be something like 3 boiled eggs, rice ect. Or Tuna on toast with some cottage cheese or something...not sure. Keen to see dem gainz! :)

Cheers boys :) When I was fasting I did start running out of energy, so I started working the muscles I wanted to grow at the beginning of my workout.

 

Now that I am eating I have energy the whole way through, but its a different kind of workout. Maybe feel less energised? Or less...I dont know how to explain it. I felt more explosive when I was fasting.

Im still ganing, and funnily enough I still have some definition? I thought my lines would go all fuzzy lol.

Updates:

I can rep 120 on the bench now. Pretty low, I dont touch my chest but Im literally 1 inch from it. I try for 10 reps (At LEAST 4 of the big weight), and what ever I can't do with the initial weight I get in with the drop weight. I drop it to 100 and get the last however many.

Towards the last sets its like 3 x 120 and the rest 100 lol.

I did a 200 deadlift lastnight! Felt good too! Not too slow, I felt like I could do another one. Then I stood up after lowering it and thought I was going to feint. I did 180x3 after that.

Squats are slow gainz mannn...

100 - easy

120 - struggle to get to 8

130 - struggle to get to 6

140 - struggle to get 2, that first one is freakin hard :P But I know, IN TIME!

Im 83kg now :)

To me I look a bit fuller? I almost weight 84!! My weight is fluctuating for some reason. One day 83.4ish, next day more, next day less...I know I shouldnt weight myself daily, I just like "OOOOH! GAINZ??? GAINZ???!"

I did 40kg dumbell shoulder presses by myself for the first time on friday! Stoked for that!

My back has been nigly as of late, I think I was getting a bit enthusiastic in my squats and deads :P Might need to ease up for maybe a week.

Arms are still stalled, I might look into some kind of wrist strap so I can curl more? Do pull ups hit biceps good enough?

Everythig is slowly growing, including my belleh :P But all part of bulking I assume.
