Last year in August before I start IF. That whole year wasnt really constructive as all sorts of things happened and ruined time spent in the gym. DIdnt even make any str gains the whole year!

Not sure what you mean? Attribute my marriage to my physique? :P

I would more attribute my mind to it. I have a way of doing something, in the moment, as well as I possibly can. So when I lift, I lift as heavy as I can, if I run, I run as long as I can. I dont like doing things half arsed if you get my drift. So even though I wouldnt call my gym life something I live for...I still do it as well as I can?

lol mean transformation, even better than nzhredders transformation

That was 10 years ago man. I only started hitting the gym regularly 2 - 3 years ago...I think. Even now I at least try to get in 4 times a week :P

Checked out the diet section bro? Some good reads for beginners, its hard to say what to eat exactly as everyone is different. Thats half the fun bro, figuring out what works best for you.

185cm tall...

weight a whopping 77kg! :P

That really surprises me. You look a lot bigger than that to me. Must be because you're reasonably lean (and possibly those chicken legs, eh?!)

Good stuff, mate. Hope you're eating your greens properly now though! :D

You would think so, or extremely small bones...

Seems extremely light at that height even if diced.

My legs are skinny little thins. They are slowly getting bigger. Im gonna work on my shoulder flexibility because I have never squat before. I tried once, rear delt cramped up :P Was only 100kg so I managed to carry it on my back and rack it up hahaha

Calves I smash twice a week. SMASH'em. In between the sets of what ever muscle I am doing...they are taking SO long to grow. Stupid Genes :P

I think that was with my shoes on too :P Maybe an Iphone in my pocket :P

I want to get to 80 though. That would be awesome

looks like you already know how, you are doing well ! :P if you've hit a plateau then just try other movements you haven't tried before (like do you avoid heavy squats/deads for example). take a break from your eating regiment whatever that may be for a month or so to give it a break then go back to your lean bulking scheme with slightly more calories than before & proceed from there. most likely you'll shoot up an extra 5kg if not more pretty fast on the lower body just from training it again after all those years

about your calves, try other things like training them more than just twice a week.. also wouldn't be surprised if they got some more size once you start squatting again. something i done recently which helped my progress in calves a little more was taking up running (short distances for speed)

I have recently pushed through a plateau with IF. Not sure how because it doesnt make much sense :P I dont know much of the science behind it, but it seems to be working. Not putting on weight but getting stronger. I used to not attempt 120 bench on my own, but I do now. Just have to work on my shoulders to get it lower. ALMOST touches :P Stupid monkey arms.

I have a MEAN sore back from deadlifting on Wednesday. I knew I had the wrong shoes for it, and I knew I should have started lighter :P 140kg, most likely crap form...repped it 6 times each set for 4 sets. Concrete back today lol. But it want hard...so I guess I can go heavier.

I cant even hold the bar for squats, shoulders again. I cant wait for the flexibility to do it though! I screwed my shoulder in college and have babied them since then :P

Running...interesting :P goodbye gains! :P

Well now I know who you are hahahaha.

Definitely made a lot of improvements, bro. Good shit.

hahaha Cheers bro. I watch silently keeping an eye on you and your bro. There arent many in the gym making any real gains, and I know next to nothing about it so why not copy and paste what seems to be working! :P

Specially shoulders :PIts like you two are wearing body armour

Updates:

SO I have a semi-spotter/training partner. Hes there when hes there, so if the timing is right and he is doing chest when I am we hit chest together.

Last tuesday it worked out and I pushed out 100kg on the incline BB for 6 reps. I was stoked.

Then he put 120 on and I got 2! Well, I think 1 and I think he was being nice and said I got two up :P

Also, I deadlifted 180kg lastweek on thursday. I remember it hurt really bad when I tried 140 and was told that was too heavy :P It hurt coz my form was SO bad and I was wearing Nikes with springs in the back? BBall shoes I think...was so bent forward my back HATED it.

But it came off the ground suprisingly quickly, held it at the top and let it down slowly...tried again. Nope. :) still stoke.

I do deads on mondays too, with my legs. My hami's are changing! and I love deadlifts.

I need to get my shoulders up. I hit them once a week.

Start with light warmups. Then normal dumbell presses? 32-36kgs as many as I can, then 20's as many as I can.

Then rear delts. Usually 10kg-14kg dumbell raises? I dont know what theyre called but I lean forward and lift so It focusses on the rear.

Then some other press, be it the machine or barbell.

Then reverse peck deck (I think thats the machine) as many times as I can. At the same time doing front raises with the 12's or something similar.

Then the machine were you force your elbows out to the sides and hit the top of the shoulder.

You can tell I know next to nothing in terminology when it comes to the gym. Actually I know next to nothing about everything in the gym, I just observe and copy :)

getting lean bro & strong, kudos to ya

Cheers man! No where NEAR you, I couldnt even imagine the the feeling of weighing and pushing as much as you do. maybe one day :P

or not :P I would have to eat an elephant a day
