Shoulders was up again tonight

Sim. Side Raises

Worked with the 20kg DB's today

3 sets of 15 reps

Alt. Front Raises

Worked with the 30kg DB's today

3 sets of 8 a/s. This is getting easier... don't need to make much noise anymore... working towards the 40's remember! :grin:

2 burn-out sets with 20kg DB's after. Nice strong pull through to the top.

Hammer Strength Front Presses

3 sets of 12 reps with 3 plates per side

Still not feeling that extra oomph I had about a month ago when I was doing 4pps. I miss tren... and I'm fckn happy to be having a break too!

Drop sets after the above

Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raises

3 sets with 22.5kg. 10reps

Hammer Strength Military Presses

2.5pps 3 sets of 15

I like this exercise if I stay in the ROM range that doesn't fck my shoulders! Gotta be careful
