weighed in this morning 129.0kg so since i started dieting have come down from 132.1 so almost 3kgs down, and since last week (130kg) have dropped a kilo. energy is all good, actually feel better then when i was bulking, slightly hungry at times but no huge cravings. just doing early morning fasted cardio EOD.

yes bostin does have some pretty crazy antics doesnt he, have to give it to him though he looks pretty good. hes doing dave palumbo's keto sort of diet, reckons its works wonders, was thinking i might implement this when my fatloss slows down, just reading up more about the principles etc.

You can run test up to the day of the show if you want although I'd probably drop dosage a week or two before. The reason you bloat is due to estrogen, If you are dieting down for a show and have low body fat then you wont really have issues with estrogen because the aromatase enzyme which converts testosterone to estrogen is located in large amount within adipose tissue (fat). If you have issues still, you can use a little bit of arimidex or nolva to help dry you out, It shouldn't matter though.

No argument here. But before we started the sting, the mods agreed what the consequences would be for anyone we caught trying to sell gear to the "newbie" - ie, we would do exactly what the rules say, and ban them. It's frustrating that Tom got himself banned, but the rules are the rules.

Anyway, I don't want to derail Seeking's log, but just to let you know I'm going to miss Tom's helpful posts too. (Not his less helpful ones though... :P)

thought i would log a workout here i usually update my other profile but il throw it in here today to get an idea of my training.

have noticed in the almost 2 weeks of dieting, have dropped a lot of water, and most of all vascularity has increased quite a bit. 6 weeks down the line will be interesting once i implement the tren.

So i hit arms & abs last night nothing special but i had a fuckn great workout, intensity was right up there, rest periods were short as and i was full of energy, maybe the new pre-workout, got that grenade stuff, has a pretty intense energy buzz :grin:, but nothing will beat the old stuff.

started off on triceps....

worked in a pyramid sort of style as i usually do with most of my workouts and worked into the heavier sets.

was contemplating changing my diet approach slightly and was reading up on dave palumbos keto style diet. many people seem to have some good results off this. im seeing BBing coach in 30min so if she reckons ive got heaps of fat to lose then might switch approaches.

Yeah but were those people lean before their cycle or were they cutting during cycle? Gyno is a different issue also, it depends if the person already has breast tissue there from puberty or previous cycles, when they begin cycle or not because a little bit of estrogen above normal will be enough to stimulate growth. Also peoples tissue specific sensitivity to estrogen can be different and may not reflect actual estrogen levels.

I totally didnt read your post properly riccardo, my bad. Somehow in my thick head i was purely thinking gyno opposed to overall effects of estrogen and its correlation with bodyfat.

thought i would log my workouts in this profile eod to get a picture of what my training is like.

as for drug regime..

started tren yesterday, pinned .5ml (50mg) in right quad, felt the pip almost right away, not too bad today just the initial hour after the pin is pretty sore. pinned right glute this morning, then did 30min fasted cardio.

sleep was average last night, had some weird dream about dead elephants then couldnt get back to sleep properly :lol:

going to take toms advice and stick with test-e for the duration of contest prep, i will drop it out 2 weeks before the show.

4th day on tren, pinned left ass cheek this morning. as for test-e have lowered this to 350mg per week pinning 175mg twice a week.

sleep has been weird, im sleeping but its not a deep sleep like usual, often wake up and my mind is full on thinking, its weird! and having some effed up dreams as well.

acne on my forehead is worse now than when i was a teen :lol: even the face wash im using dont do shit. might invest in some proactive.

weighed myself this morning 125.7kg, big drop since last week. 3.3kgs to be exact. however i reckon water retention levels have something to do with it. havnt changed anything diet wise as yet, if anything im feeling a little less hungry, like the tren has killed a bit of my appetite, finding it difficult to finish my post workout meal, this is a good thing for me, i would rather be struggling to eat than completely starving, especially when trying to cut down.

feeling tighter, and vascularity has increased, especially in my arms.

If that acne is fucking you off, try supplementing Vitamin B5... Run 10g for the first week them drop it back to 5g after that. You really want to get the bulk powder (couldn't find any in NZ), you'll go through a container of capsules in about 2days if you buy them like that. Honestly bro, That shit works wonders!!

You could try anti bacterial soap on your face.

It will dry the shit of it though. Also so benzyl peroxide gel (5-10%) as a spot treatment. This should keep it under control.

That will treat them, but the Vitamin B5 will prevent them coming at all. Your right though Jimmy, I'd recommend using both what you said as well as the B5.

Proactive is useless mate its only 1 or 2% benzyl peroxide wouldn't waste your time and money.

Your producing heaps of oil so gotta dry the shit out of your skin.

pinned my right calf this morning, as soon as i pinned a bit of blood came into the syringe, then i aspirated and more blood came in. havnt had this happen before, got a bit of a fright :pale:

was all good though just changed pins and moved to a different sight on the calf.

sleep was shit, felt wired most of the night. not getting any night sweats yet (touch wood).

thats what ive been thinking, havnt ruled out the possibility of taking my pre-workout late though. taking that grenade .50 caliber, usually take my pre workout around 6.30pm before i workout and in bed by 10.30pm-11pm, tonight i wont be taking any so will be good to gauge whats causing it.

update...

1 week down on tren ace.

thoughts so far....

Physique in terms of body composition i havnt noticed any radical changes yet. however im still at around 14-15% BF so to notice anything dramatic il have to wait until at least single digit BF. One thing i have noticed though is iam looking a bit harder, vascularity has definitely increased, very prominent on my arms at the moment, even during day and when i work out its all around my triceps and underarms etc, starting to appear on my legs as well, which only usually happens when im down around 10%.

Sleep: this has been on and off, slept like a baby fri and sat but during the week my mind was racing, had some odd dreams as well. havnt had the night sweats ive read about, prefer not to get them actually.

Acne this got better over the weekend, not sure if this due to having more sleep or less stress, it just seems like after every weekend where i have some decent rest my skin look a whole heap better. got some decent acne facewash which im using twice a day to keep things in line.

Aggression havnt noticed a change in this yet, sometimes il spazz out or snap but i used to do that before. if anything i feel a bit more mellow (touchwood).

smell: one thing i have noted is when working out or cardio i have this weird (gross) smell that never used to be there. almost like an ammonia sort of smell or at times like an onion :lol: ive never had this before, so now i put on extra deodorant :grin:

strength: im yet to experience these huge strength gains people boast of tren. i do feel a bit stronger in my movements, managed to hammer out 140kg BB rows for sets of 10 on saturday. today will be a good day to tell, ive got a chest session tonight which is one of my stronger areas so will be a good gauge to see where im at.

pinning: this has been an experience in itself, pinning everyday in different sites. the tren i have leaves a good pip for a day or 2. im enjoying rotating the sites. so far have managed to do quads,glutes,pecs,delts,calves,biceps. so i have plenty of choice, my curiosity makes me wanna try lats and traps, will probable try later on down the line. yet to experience tren cough, although have had a slight tickling in my throat at times.

cardio have noticed that im a wee bit short of breath sometimes, nothing dramatic as i only do low intensity cardio anyway. sometimes in between big sets it will take me a while to get my breath back. definitely sweating a lot more as well.

libido: good as gold at the moment :D

well my diet definitely isnt high in carbs, well not anymore :grin: probably 175-200g daily vs the 600+ i was eating when bulking :shock: probably why i got so fat :lol:

still havnt experienced the strength gains from tren, definitely feel tighter and a bit harder.

doing cardio everyday at the moment for at least 30min, and EOD i do fasted cardio in the morning and then again after my workout.

switched to keto diet as of wednesday. did my first workout on keto yesterday, hit delts, traps and calves.

Smith Machine Press

did some HIIT type work for my compound movements today, so just did a couple of warm up sets then 1 really hard working set.

Sleep has improved on the tren, have slept well for two days in a row now, even though i had 2 scoops of craze pre-workout lastnight.

I think i got my first case of night sweats lastnight, nothing major, just woke up a bit sweaty, was random cos it was freezing cold lastnight :grin: got leg session tonight hammy focus.
