i think i remember reading that one of the guys on here did along with milk thistle or whatever... i tried it a couple times but only because it doubled up to help relieve sinuses a little. since i wasn't used to using it on training, it helped me push quite a lot harder than usual (not by providing more energy, just longer until i felt pain). i'd say if you use it all the time the benefits will probably taper away but since i don't do that regularly it's only speculation.
