has anyone ever used arimidex for PCT?

doing a bit of reading regarding this topic.

Haven't found any solid evidence whether people recommend it or not.

I know its used in-cycle to stop estrogen forming where as using nolvadex for pct would just block it. Would arimidex be better for pct as it helps stimulate natural test production?

anyone have any personal experiences regarding this?

Why would you use it, its an aromatise inhibitor..?

Nolva & Clomid have been used successfully in PCT for years..

Agree nolva would be first line of defence.

Adex would be an "as well as" thing. But wouldn't stimulate as much LH as what a SERM would.

Seen a lot of people running an ai alongside a serm during Pct with good results.

I continued to use Arimidex for a little bit into PCT, 0.5mg/EOD for 12 days after last injection of Test Enanthate. Then went 2 Days with nothing, Then started 20mg Nolva for 21 Days.

Results at 24 days Since last injection, 12 Days since Last Arimidex, 10 Days of Taking Nolva. My Bloods came in as.

LH 2.1 Ref (2.0- 9.0)

FSH 2.7 Ref (2.0 - 12)

Testosterone 5.3 Ref(9.0-38.0) Low

17b Oestradiol <44 Ref(<160)

Recovering Well I thought,

41 Days After Last Injection of Test Ethanate. I have Recovered to better than my Pre Cycle Baseline \:D/ and remain so.

So yeah I could have took Arimdex longer into PCT, But I thought once the High Level of Testosterone Dropped I felt I did not need to. Plus wanted to save some for next time.

thats pretty promising to hear the actual numbers of it. cant hurt to run on pct. Chemo suggested using arimidex right after last injection or even just before, run that for 4 weeks and then start nolva 2 weeks after last test e injection. im liking the sound of it and will probably do it.

If you have enough adex, you could also just keep it running at 0.5 mg eod or less just to augment the test to estrogen ratio too. All up to budget though and if that extra boost is worth it.
