Of all the Pro's I ever wanted to see Yates was by far number one.

Tho Levrone was my all time favorite in terms of physique, Dorian's attitude & ethic was what I aspired to. He also changed the game like no other.

Anyway meet him at Nutrition Plus today and definitely going to the seminar tomorrow.

Absolute Legend. Met him at Gymeez yesterday, got a bit starstruck by the whole thing and kinda mumbled my words when I got to talk to him, that's ok though it's not like it was a once in a lifetime thing right?

Where's the seminar being held?

Seminar at Bruce Mason centre Sunday.

I had a good yak with him, talked about the 96 German Grand Prix that my friend competedin against him, Ronnie, Kevin, Nasser etc.

He commented about the quality and depth of the Pro division back then which was exactly what my coach and I, and Steve Campbell and I were saying a while back.

Yates seminar was very good. Answered all questions asked with no bullshit.

Topics covered included:

Pro ranks now vs then

Diet

Training philosophy

Gear use for newbies / non-competitors

HGH use / insulin

His greatest challenges / greatest rivals

And heaps of other stuff.

Definitely would have paid 20 times the $10 entry fee. Was interesting to see the crowd was real bodybuilders and not the wannabes floating online and using oxygen on the cables in Auckland gyms. A shame those kind of guys would've learnt the most but probably still hungover in bed not eating lol

Would like to hear some of those opinions!
