Feeling bloated while training.

hey guys Ive had this problem for awhile now, usually i have lunch about 1 hour before i go have my session and about half way in usually I start to feel bloated and at some points on the verge of throwing up. because of this i sometimes have to cut my workout early just because I don't want to clean up my own vomit...Anyway my question is, how do you work in your meals around training and what sort of food do you eat for prolonging energy?
