Right, so first off all I've tried supplements and have come to the conclusion that if you can get your meals in, that there is next to no need for these supplements, for me that is. I've have found that energy supps can be useful, though not currently using any.

Have been eating proper, well what i think is proper:

Chicken, broccoli, beef, egg, white pasta - yea thats it, but let me explain.

Anything with whole grains or wheat etc just destroys my skin with eczema quite bad.

So between four to 6 meals a day.

I dont drink alcohol or do drugs, closet i get would have to be the odd energy drink.

My routine that i've got going is:

Monday:

Shoulders

traps

Tuesday:

Core

legs

Wednesday:

Chest

Triceps

Biceps

Thursday:

Neck - Bridge

Friday:

Core

legs

Saturday:

Shoulders

traps

Sunday:

Neck - Bridge

Monday:

Chest

Triceps

Biceps

Tuesday:

core

legs

Wednesday:

Shoulders

Traps

Thursday:

Neck - Bridge

etc then have a week off, then back in to it.

Not sure if im doing it right and Im sure Ive got this whole thing wrong but that's why I'm here.

There's a few more things i wanted to add but cant remember now, so sorry for any critical info missing.

Your thoughts on the above would be great and any help you can give.

Cheers.

No back training but you have a whole day to train your neck? Wtf man, back to the drawing board. follow something simple, push/pull/legs, 2 days on, 1 day off, easy as. eg:

Monday: Push (bench press + assistance)

Tuesday: Pull (Deadlift + assistance exercises)

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Legs (squats + assistance)

Friday: Push (over head press + assistance)

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Pull

Monday: Legs

etc etc.

Also dont worry bout eating 6 meals a day. Just eat normally but eat big and have a couple of shakes.

Bah! back, sry.

Traps, I love working my traps. Normally do them on shoulder day but other than that i dont really target my back.

Thanks for reply and info Riccardo.

As for shakes, just not quite sold on them. Though did enjoy ON Gold Standard Whey.

^ Follow Riccardo's advice.

I don't know why you wouldn't train your back? I remember when I started that it wasn't as fun to train because you can't see it, but it still needs doing! (And when it starts growing, then you can see it, and it becomes fun.)

But a good back is absolutely essential - not only for overall strength and to avoid muscle imbalances, but aesthetically too. A well-developed back gives you that nice V-taper that makes you appear a whole lot bigger.

Do it! :clubbed:
