What Bf% do u think I am?

Non pumped, just toke this morning.

Ive cut for about 1month and a half roughly since picture 4(last fatty pic)

Fat is mostly On my lower abs and a slab on my upper abs. Apart from that its hard to grab any chunk of fat elsewhere on my body.

GAINS2_zps4f26ea25.jpg

First picture is with out ever bulking(3rd picture). Noob, and uneducated and second(4th picture) picture is getting back to training after losing alot of weight and no training. Yet failed and bulked to fast. Gained strength(size) though so not all was fail.

So hopefully I can now do a slower bulk, starting depending on if my BF% is lower enough on the first 2 pictures.

I really want to do things right this time as i never counted macros/micros and was less educated b4.

Thanks.

":2yqhzxpt]who cares. its just a number and probably wont be accurate with the common testing methods. the first 2 pics are current right? you're not incredibly lean but not a fatty either. just go ahead with your slow bulkwithout putting on unnecessary fat just to gain weight. should be able to stay roughly that lean and still gain muscle

Yea first 2 pictures taken this morning.

BTW i thought I'd add this. At the beginning of my cut i was eating 1450ish-1500 calories and losing approx

0.5-0.6kg every week.

1.1-1.32pounds.

1 pound = 3500 calories

so i had a between 3850 to 4620 calorie deficit every week, or a 605 deficit every day.

So from these calculations is it fair to say that my maintenance is 1450-1500+ approx 605 calories which = 2100ish calories

Ignoring the fact that maintenance changes all the same.

Currently I'm eating less then 1450 calories and losing more each week.

Bro science 101 says veins on your arms are visible when your bf% is in its teens and abs are visible in low teens so you would be mid teens at a guess.

But really does it matter? What really matters is how you look and you are getting there so if its working then keep going or if you have plateaued then change things up.

I'm guessing above 15% but that is just my opinion.

In my experience people tend to exaggerate them selves to be a lot lower than actual. follow the link below, good rough guide in the pictures.

http://www.builtlean.com/2012/09/24/body-fat-percentage-men-women/

Could well be above 15%. He doesn't have much muscle.

I probably have a similar amount of fat as the OP, but I also have more muscle, hence I've got a lower bodyfat level of around 12%.

Same kind of reason why someone like BigKiwi can say he's got 5% bodyfat, he might look like 7-8% to the untrained eye, but when you consider he has a truckload of muscle... it works out to 5%.
