ay gurls, I be back....shoulder is still stuffed, an MRI revealed I have a stuffed AC joint and a bruised shoulder blade, they reckon a cortisone to the area should be all good, if ACC approves then sweet else I am going to fork out the 300 bucks.

I am now at a whopping 96kg but not running any oils like my boy IDW...all natty thanks to KFC/MACCAS/IHOP and shizzle....right now I have enlisted the help of Billy Blanks to get me back to the low 80s and back sub 60% bodyfat....

ty men (gym membership expired, Moe's gym seems to be good, as does Fitness plus...both are nearly the same if you pay for a year's membership in advnace)

Finally decided to head back to the gym....before doing so I watched this video as a pre workout

I GOT SO FUCKING PISSED OFF BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHERE I CAN GET METH f*ck

[*]headed to the gym

[*]walked inside

[*]told the lady that my membership expired but I want to renew it for the 485 mates rates

[*]she said ok

then had the shittest workout ever....5-6 months of no gymming and eating like shit was not cool bros, strengthwise I am like at 50-60% of what I used to be

bent over rows

4 sets of 10-12

lat pull down

4 sets of 10-12

straight arm pulldowns

4 sets of 10-12

overhead tricep ext

4 sets of 10

machine tricep ext

4 sets of 10

close grip bb

4 sets of 10-12

barbell curls

4 sets of 10

felt like a wuss, I was almost ready to resign as a mod...need to get my strength and physique back when we do a mod only meeting in August....Humanperformance where are you mr?

yeah man natty training is the best, Varcula tried to frame me and say I was the one who supplied Lance Armstrong with juice but we both know muslims dont do that shit.... btw my numbers are fucking shocking ....bench went from doing 130 at my best to maybe struggling with 80kg lol

thinking about doing a casual session there at some stage, right now it's really embarrassing to work out but hey hoping that muscle memory kicks in, else dave has to kick my ass

side note, I got approved for my 2nd cortisone today, will have it done on monday in my ac joint...hoping that it will work since overhead work still hurts like f*ck
