Do you really need all of the above..? You're double hitting everything, Clen + T-3... And Letro + Exemestane..? I remember back in the day Switching to Winstrol + maybe Clen prior to contest, dropping calories with plenty cardio...

Don't you think its a lot, especially for a 19yr old...

Much has changed since back in the day aye bro - part of the problem is everything seems to be soo much more accessable these days.  Still lots of natty guys out there but I think the lines are very blurry as far as what is and isnt accepted as natty now as a result.

I know of a few other guys on much more than Tom though ... just make sure you have a plan on the other side of it all to allow your body to be "normal" again Tom. ;)

I can understand some members having concerns about your drug regime, Leeroid (although I'm far from qualified to have much of an opinion on it myself). Having said that, it's a real shame you won't be continuing it as a cycle log - yours was easily the best cycle log we've ever had.

Les Mills Victoria St today? Man, you get around!

TBH, I don't know why you would do the physique class. If you're wearing board shorts, you're hiding your biggest asset. IMO, you're much better off in Bodybuilding or Classic - any class where you can show off your legs.

That said, I suppose if you can enter multiple classes, there's no reason not to have a shot at Physique too.

Best cycle log Pseudonym.?? ... Or most unplanned, ill-thought out, and stupid, considering his age.... !!!!!

At 19 he shouldn't have been considering steroids, let alone winning post of the month for it. He was prior to his decision to take steroids progressing quite well as a natural powerlifter, he had years ahead of him of potential  natural gains. Now thats all turned to shit, now he'll never reach, or know what that potential would have been. Apart from epiphyseal growth plate closure, what other issues has he caused himself for the future.?

Had he been a bit older, a couple of cycles purely to bulk might have been his best course, to jump-start him forward a few years. But then he jumps into a calorie defecit just as he's getting reasonable gains, then whacks out estrogen with exemestane and letro, not content with Clenbuterol he decides to take a chance with his thyroid and use T-3..??

He was 19, and he chose relatively advanced body-building cycles..!! With all the information out there now on compound use and effects I believe his decission was wrong and foolish. The more kids like him follow his example and cause themselves future health issues, the sooner legislation will be passed that spoils it for everyone...

Before a shitstorm starts I just wanted to say that I understand where Daz is coming from - not necessarily about gear but because I have some veiws on the things young women do/trainers put young women through in the fitness industry that are less than ideal, to put it lightly.

I think it's really important to voice valid concerns and not feel like you're being dismissed as a "hater".

But at the end of the day young people (due to developing prefrontal cortex) are going to be pushed to make sensible decisions.

I'm not sure what the answer is - But one idea is to ask the mods if you could pull some information together on your views (in a constructive way) and have them in your own sticky on the steroid forum or something? That way you can have your veiws up front for the newbs on the forum.

As a gym forum I think its there shouldbe some responsibility for the content - if people could potentially read and follow things that could potentially be harmfull. But sensoring things isnt necessarily helpful either as they can just find the same stuff elsewhere....

I don't think I have caused premature epiphyseal plate closure in myself. I am pretty sure that my plates were sealed at the time that I commenced using AAS. The percentage of people that continue to grow after the age of 18 is quite small. In most cases, maturation of the growth plates has occured by the time they are 18. Many people like to say that bone elongation continues until the age of 23 or so but those individuals are the exception rather than the rule.

In any case, I am already 2 inches taller than my father, and 4 inches taller than my mother. So I do believe that I have reached the genetic limit for my height and I am satisfied with my stature.

As for the argument that the use of exogenous hormones before the endocrine system has stabilised causes a lower baseline for testosterone levels upon the cessation of use, while I do agree with the hypothesis, it is not an area of concern for me as natural training does not pique my interest. I have no intention of having offspring, although I am aware that my opinion on this matter may change should I meet a suitable partner.

The only concern that I have regarding my health is the long-term cardiovascular strain caused by elevated LDL levels and decreased HDL levels, along with kidney and liver health. However, there is research that dispels the notion that cholesterol values are a significant factor in cardiovascular issues and merely a symptom. I will keep a clean diet with regular cardiovascular exercise when I restart my bulking phase to play it safe.

I do understand your concerns Daz and looking back at the initial pages of my cycle log does justify your dissent which is part of the reason I created this new journal. However, in the last few months I have been dedicated towards the bodybuilding lifestyle and will continue to do so. Therefore it is in my own best interest to ensure my future long-term health and I do try to educate myself on the subject thoroughly.

I realise that your way of thinking is quite old school so to speak, as evident in the fact that you don't believe in PCT and would rather taper off. I will admit that I am quite impatient and as a result I will be quite aggressive in my approach. Hopefully I will not post things that irritate you too much as I value your input and hope that you will continue to provide your opinions.

Hi Tom.. Reading through your recent post it would appear you agree with most of my concerns, and for a 19yr old you clearly have done your research and know your shit.. Your words are very convincing but the dissapointing thing is your actions negate them...

Through your choice of action you are setting a precident for others your age to follow your example and use the compounds and dosages you have. Unfortunately most of those following you won't do the research or aquire the knowledge you have, and just jump on the gear..

Not hating Tom, I'm just worried, as I've said before when health issues amongst our youth become prevelent legislation will follow, which will effect all of us..

The taper was suggested by Riccardos so is relatively recent, we've always had PCT available its just I've always prefered minimal poly-pharmacy..

Oh.. and a big thanks to whoever for the negative kudos, its taken 3 years to build it up only for it to virtually dissapear in under 24hrs....

My 2c..

I think it's rubbish that his actions could be blamed for someone elses drug use/abuse. Personal responsibilty is almost forgotten these days. Why do peoples actions always get blamed on what they saw or what someone else did?

People are responsible for their own decisions and the consequences that go with them.

As I say, Daz, I share some of your concerns. And I admit I'd forgotten Leeroid was so young. But at the same time, Leeroid's log was by far the most consistent, detailed cycle log I've seen on this site, or any other. Whether it set a bad example for other young people to follow is a separate issue. Again, I'm not saying it's right, but you could argue that Leeroid's log is only representing what young people are already doing.

Anyway, Leeroid started this new journal to avoid being the center of these debates. And if he's no longer broadcasting what he's using, that would seem to address your concerns, Daz. Let's leave him to get on with it.

PS - Daz, don't worry about your kudos rating. The formula weights the most recent kudos votes most heavily, so if you've been "negged", your kudos should bounce back up once that negative vote ages a bit. Or just keep posting good stuff, and offset the negative with an even more recent positive vote.

:D

Leeroid 19 or 50 your research and logs have made for very informative reading. This is why I come to this forum to educate myself. I would love to keep reading your posts as you have been very honest. Young men push the limit for others to test later on, the huge gains in worldwide sport generally come from young people, not old buggers like myself. Pretty sure most of us pushed some boundrys in our teens, some succeeded, some did not, but we all pushed the limit. Go hard or go home.
