Cheers guys, vascularity is OK on some days. Finding it increasingly harder to get a good pump though. Still need to drop a lot of fat as when I'm not tensing you can hardly see the abs.

Alright guys, it's Friday. My black posing trunks arrived today haha. That means progress pics! I weighed in at 77.9kgs this morning, 0.4kgs down from last Friday. I started taking Winstrol from Sunday, 30mgs upon waking and 20mgs in the afternoon for 50mgs a day. Will continue that until comp day.

 

Current drug stack is as follows:

Test enanthate 500mgs/week

Winstrol 50mgs/day

Exemestane 12.5mgs/day

Clen 100mcgs/day

T3 50mcgs/day

Ketotifen 1mg/day

 

Supplements:

Taurine 6g/day

Fish oil 4g/day

 

I will start Letrozole 1.25mg/day from the 14th of September while keeping my exemestane which should take care of any estrogen related water retention.

 

Progress pics are below. Bodyfat percentage estimates please! I would say I'm about 6 or 7% now. I will get skinfolds done tomorrow but I just use that to track progress.

To be honest, I don't think you're down to 6% yet - I'd expect more definition around abs and shoulders for that. So I'd guess more like 8%.

But that's not bad. You're still making good progress. How far out are you now?

 

Posing trunks are a good cut for your physique, BTW. Good choice.

Yeah I'd agree, looking at the pics again now. 8% seems about right. I'm only 15 days out now so I will be lucky to step on stage at 6%. Plan is to keep cutting until Nationals which is another 3 weeks and be sub 5% there.

79.2kgs today due to big dinner last night. Had 4500 calories yesterday lol, just had a cheat dinner cos I felt like it. 

 

Also got skinfolds done again today.

77.5kgs today. Dropped calories to 2300, new macros are carbs 125g, protein 300g, fats 65g. So carbs are about 40% of the 300g of carbs I was having previously. Plan to continue this low carb diet until Thursday next week then start carb up on Friday morning. Probably 500-600g of carbs on the Friday.

Hey Tom, I've a mate in our town who is genuinely natural, no drugs, nothing, he manages to get down to 2% BF with just diet and cardio, I think he has so far won 3 NZ National titles..

Do you really need all of the above..? You're double hitting everything, Clen + T-3... And Letro + Exemestane..? I remember back in the day Switching to Winstrol + maybe Clen prior to contest, dropping calories with plenty cardio... 

Don't you think its a lot, especially for a 19yr old...
