Legit depth man, you were almost out of the hole.

My knee wraps arrived yesterday going to give them a tear tomorrow.

Good work on your training mate. Nice frequency keep it up.

Yeah I just hit a wall at that point and couldn't get past it. I ended up just dumping the bar on the safeties.

Ur cardiovascular capacity should be noticeably worse.

That's best way to tell and most consistent person to person.

We all know what the best brand is its the one that's been around the longest... So lets not get into that aite

Well, I've been doing some cardio and I can't say it's gotten worse lol

Have a chat to me when you come up for the 3 lift ... I have blown the left rotator twice and the right once. Pain in arse and second time hurt like a bitch but you can still make it work. Mine are nearly 20' again :^o :)

Lucky you have youth on your side.

Oh and more the point of comparison around arms workout and shoulders ... you no doubt train hard bro. :)

Will do bro. Cheers

Pics taken today. Could've been looking a lot better but went on a fishing trip so Thursday night was Indian, very high in sodium. And on the boat yesterday, it was chippies, chocolate bars, fried chicken and bread rolls all day. Then Maccas for dinner with a McFlurry. Still looking drier and leaner than last week.

Opportunities:

Back: No thickness - this would be my first priority. Thick back will assist with deadlifts too.

2nd Delts and Tris - rear delt and tricep very slight same as back

3rd Chest - has some shape and will get thickness with time.

.....

Benefits:

Legs - a bonus for you mate. Most guys are the other way around (big upper body + no legs) because IME there is a lot more work in growing legs than in the upper body. You can't miss a leg session in powerlifting and still be effective on the platform. Powerlifters generally have better legs with the exception of bodybuilders that know the value of a deep controlled squat. Has taken me years and years to achieve some thickness. Roll with it - make them bigger but is definitely an advantage. Nice to see your hammies separate - again some guys struggle to show separation at higher bfat%s.

little peak on biceps nice but over powers under-developed tricep.

Over all good progress though for a young fella

:)

A bit confused on this one. A few people have said I have good thickness in my back and I personally think that while it could be a lot better, it's certainly not a lagging body part.

Thanks for the critique though :)

Loochie back is wicked, lat taper is well developed.

I wouldn't say it's one of Leeroids weak points though. Definitely biceps, triceps, chest and hamstrings IMO.

Also Loochie is a lot leaner in the photo so can probably see the thickness and taper a lot better.

you look way bigger in that pic u just posted. weldone

Na lol just downlighting and a pump. Here's a more accurate pic without pump and proper lighting.

yeah looking a lot bigger already, i had assumed all the pics to date were with pump or something. whats the difference between down lighting and 'proper' lightning? isn't all lighting in houses/outdoors down lighting?
