Drank about 2 litres of water during my workout so I was a bit heavier. My preworkout arrived today so I'm looking forward to trying it out tomorrow. Got some Craze. I've never used preworkout before in my life so it'll be interesting to see how I feel. I'm only planning on using it on days I feel down.

I felt really strong today, reps were up and weights were feeling lighter too. May be the tren dosage kicking in as I'm now on 350mg tren since last Tuesday. Still don't really feel anything from the tren but if my strength keeps increasing, it'll convince me that it's legit.

Yeah heard some good reviews about it from multiple people so decided to give the Craze a go.

Not really any change from the tren. Haven't noticed any hardening up, or extra vascularity which is why I'm wondering about the potency of this tren.

79.9kgs before workout and 80.4kgs after.

Took preworkout today. Got the lemonade berry flavor and it was really nice. I couldn't really say I felt much from it though, only had one scoop. Maybe I'm just really tolerant to stims despite never taking anything.

Ended up with an insane pump in my legs though. I could hardly walk, had to waddle like a duck to stop my adductors from rubbing together.

Pretty disappointed that I didn't get 220kgs, it was pretty close. I reckon I'm weaker than I was in week 8 of my first cycle back in the middle of Janurary cos I did 200 for 5 reps then and today 200 for one rep was a grind. I think it's cos I was really focusing on my hamstrings and posterior chain on my first cycle whereas the last few months I've pretty much ignored that muscle group and focused on arms. At least my bench has improved a bit.

Here's a vid of my failed 220kg attempt, using Metal Black knee wraps 2.5m. I find that they're not stiff at all compared to the T1tan THP knee wraps. All the reviews claimed that they were stiff as hell but if I knew how stretchy they were I would've just bought a 2.5m pair of THPs. I probably get the same amount of carryover due to the fact they're longer and the THPs are quite worn out now.

Not too sure what the goal is here? It looks like you don't train shoulders hard enough. You could do all this and recover from it naturally.

Not hating... I understand that you can only do what you can do. But, If I were you I'd try build some bigger peaks into the exercises though. Side raises, you could do a set or two with a heavier dumb bell. Get a feel of what you can do every workout, and aim to work where you are at, rather than at a pre-defined weight. That delt triad also seems pretty light and pumpy. You should be able to front raise what you can side raise..

With them presses, say if you did 3 good sets at the right weight with either dumb bell or barbell you'd probably make more progress with strength. 55kg on the Barbell would probably give you a good workout, or 27.5kg DB's look to be what you could handle. All about picking the right weight to work with.

Yeah man, usually I try and do 10+ sets of heavy presses and Ive worked up to 35s for 6 reps before. But my shoulders have been pretty niggly and always play up if I push them too hard so Ive decided to try and pre exhaust them and go for a burn and a pump rather. I didnt have any shoulder discomfort yesterday which was nice for a change.

Ur expectations are too high, probably due to certain individuals on this forum letting their imaginations run wild and posting their deluded opinions on how they feel on tren.

if you don't have alot of muscle mass like you Tom (not being a smartarse) u won't notice much as far as body composition changes such as vascularity or looking leaner and harder. Will be good for strength gains and you should still be gaining weight if ur eating enough protein. Drink lots of water too.

Cool. I get niggly shoulders from heavy presses as well, so I know how you feel! What I've been doing lately is shift the focus to and from presses. When I go lighter on the presses I go heavier on the iso exercises, usually putting the presses at the end in a machine to guide the plane of motion (helps save the shoulders a lot, especially when you start failing). Seems to be working great, been working with weights on the iso exercises that I've only ever dreamed of this year. At some point I'll focus back on the presses again and I'm sure I'll come back at it hard.

Don't worry about the drugs too much at this stage I'd say. Sure, some may think my ranting about tren when I'm on the stuff can get a bit deluded... for me it's not so much strength I get from it, it's the elevated mood (I go off the rails on it) and increased confidence. Strength... Dbol, can't argue with Dbol... you'd get the +30kg on your bench if you pick your weights well for a month or two while on a moderate dose of that stuff!

And... maybe your bloody tren is fake? I'd expect you to be raving about it given it's the first time on it. I love the shit... but i'm bi-polar as f*ck (so maybe if affects me more than others?) and it slams me in to the ground hard if I'm not careful. :(

^^ Agree : Interesting you do a separate arms workout. Your arms get a lot of work on Chest/Back/Shoulders any way. Haven't read through your whole journal bro but I suspect you want size and strength. Why such an elaborate arms workout when you can merge bis and tris with a major group and economize on time with essentially the same result. Arm curls and tricep extension are not going to improve your bench and will not add as much mass as heavy rowing movements and heavy pressing movements.

Also sometimes changing your frequency around workouts and hitting body part twice in 7 days on rotation would nett good results given your recovery should be very quick. i.e 2days on, 1 off, 2 days on (4 day split) and then repeat after a another rest day.

Again - haven't read your whole journal so may not have the full picture.

Thanks for your feedback Opti. But the thing is I used to do that (incorporating bis/tris in with other major body parts). And the result was nothing.

Since I started giving my arms a separate day, they have been feeling a lot more stimulated and they have grown.

As for not training shoulders hard enough, as I mentioned before I would go a lot harder if it wasn't for my bad rotator cuffs.

What do u expect from tren? Ur getting stronger aren't you?

I was expecting to get ripped vascular and put 30kgs on my bench lol. Or thats what sounded like should happen haha

lol go hard leeroid

You didn't have to edit your post. There was nothing wrong with it lol.

And I wasn't being entirely srs. Just that I was expecting a bit more. I just can't tell that I'm on tren at all at the moment. I'll probably just ditch the tren after I finish what I have and stick to simpler stuff after. I was just itching to try it after reading some crazy stuff about it (GH15's post on tren http://gh15biblebodybuild.blogspot.co.n ... facts.html).
