:grin: Im from Mount Maunganui and its time for me to take myself a little more seriously with my goals! Im training 5 times a week. I have a fantastic personal trainer (who I must add puts up with alot of therapy sessions with me) she unfortunatley realised very quickly it had nothing to do with my sessions in the gym, more to do with my brain needing reprograming.

Im training to make it into a body shaping competition. Nothing can come in my way. Ive had so many things stop me from reaching my goals in the last 6 years, NOW ITS MY TIME!!!!! I think training for anything improves so many areas of your life, not just the physical but the rest what makes us, the mental, emotional and spiritual.

They say we should only aspire to be the best WE can be, but I havent been the best I can be so I dont know what that looks like, so I aspire to be as great as Ashley Horner.

I am really interested in any info anyone has on bodybuilding, their dreams, goals and throwing back and forth some ideas on food plans... I love home made protein bars....YUM

Hi Kerynlee. We've had quite a few home-made protein bars posted in the Recipes forum now. I think Android posted a heap of them. You and he should swap recipes. :D

I hope Tom doesn't read this Pseudo.... lol :wink:
