Hi All

I am new to the site :)

My name is Danny and I have been going to the gym on and off for about 10 years and over the last 2 very seriously I do both cardio and weights, my favourite being weights.

Just seeing my body change shape lately with awesome results, I know it is because I have been on a body builders diet since July last year. I didn't think that I would work for me but really surprised.

Thats about it for now
