Don't officially smoke, however there have been times that I have had the odd one. Especially when I have been in a room when a patient of mine becomes palliative and is going to die. So after dealing with the family and getting things sorted I will go out to smoke. Oh the other night I had three at a mates place while drinking. Enjoyed them and don't need any more. I have started a new job and won't have time to smoke.
