Gym Rat will be competing in the Pan Pacific show

I will be stepping on to the bodybuilding stage at this years Pan Pacific show on August 17th not to sure at this stage when I will fly up from Dunedin to Auckland.I am going ask my coach about that when I do see him next which will be on the Wednesday when I get back from the sevens.One thing I know all ready is I wont be doing any of the tourist stuff which would be very hard to do when on zero carbs and high protein.I will be competing in Class one 1.79m and over under 87kg .

Anythings possible, Soundsgood as coach, some supplementation, plenty of time.Its not as though Gym rat is carrying a lot of body fat.

Given the time frame he could do a bulk and cut in time......

Thanks guys for the heads up on the change of date for the Pan Pacific show true plus I would look a nut dropping my form off on the 16th of August and bring the date forward to the last week of April when I do start to cut for the show.Calvin no the sevens wont stuff my prep up because already I have got rules in placed for the sevens which are I will be eating clean for the whole time when I am in Wellys for the sevens which are by eating protein bars when I am at the sevens including drinking water only when I am at the sevens.Yes I do have a coach plus my coach is a NABBA judge so I am in very good hands
