Back squat

Worked up in triples to a single at 190,then worked back down,Everything was comfortable and felt decent without back problems,think its been just over two weeks since I squatted

Was curious about squatting with a heel so tried some dress shoes out,Really made me feel like I was  gettingATG so will try find some reasonably priced olympic shoes/boots.

Nothing special, time was short so just didn't do assesory work,shit baby weights but gotta start somewhere and get some strength back.Lucky enough to be able to train at eastside bb club for couple days,Pretty sweet facility.

Good tech today,walked out happy,ab wheel rollouts and ghr's for assesory.

ab wheel superset with ghr 

bench,probably abit too heavy a weight to try overload with,better off around 130

everythings still ticking along.

deads today 165 x 5 x 5 been pulling everything sumo style got 1 x 200 ,Feel slow off the floor though,got a 110 paused bench pb last week, and squats have been feeling fine,have been trying to keep away from using belt and most assessory work has been ab and hamstring stuff.Have some numbers I wanna get before the years out that I'll be working towards also try drop some body fat.

Also bust through the ass of my forth pair of shorts squatting,This year has been 1 x eels leauge shorts,2 x cotton rugby shorts and today some casual shorts.Getting costly.

Was dissapointed in squats,for some reason on the day form was sloppy and just dumped them was to low,like olympic low.Bench was good ,pretty conservative but had never attempted 120 before and was the target weight.Deads was awesome had no clue what I could pull,230 was previous pb back in april,and hadn't even got close to that in training.600 was the goal and in highnsight think I could of got there so was a decent day.
