Hey everyone,heres a couple of pics taken 1 year apart,Im 40 years old & 171cm tall,

My aim for the past year was & still is to increase my leg size,been training them realy hard once a week.

Thanks AO im now pretty consistantly sitting 86-87kg,feeling alot leaner than my 1st pic wich i was at 89kgs i think,less water and fat on me now.

Legs now are my focus & have been all year but i enjoy training them fairly hard,(as hard as i can),now.

Cheers mate,at the moment trying the lean bulk,but im all for bulking mainly for strength,

& now so close to christmas id be silly trying to cut,i love food & too much. In the new year il get back on the lean bulk.

I need to get more size on me before i do a cut.

haha all good Ninja,thanks man yeah a mate measured them 2 weeks ago,ended up 17 inches,he couldnt believe it,they grow easy as not like legs haha.

But to be honest i can see a bit of growth there,that gives me more insentive to go hard & heavy (for me).
