Of course Tom makes good points for discussion... it's just the way in which he goes about trying to put his points across that annoys me.

yea that feature is poorly thought out and useless, have you used it? the "foe" can still Read your posts and whenever someone quotes then you can see there posts anyway.what's the point in that?

I haven't used it, no (as a mod, I kind of need to see all posts), but it is a little more useful than just covering your eyes or skimming over a post, isn't it? At least you don't see direct posts from that person. Not every post is quoted by somebody else, so you've got a good chance of not seeing it.

It is also all that (to my knowledge) is available on phpBB boards to deliver that sort of functionality. I imagine it would be pretty difficult from a development perspective to block somebody quoting a foe of yours, without blocking that person as well. Sounds very messy.

I agree with you though, that it would be handy to have it work in the reverse (they can't see your posts), maybe Pseudo could chime in here if he reads this.

Anyway, this journal is off topic enough, let's let IDW get back to it.

If I'd any thoughts, I might think that at 1400mg/week your 19-nors are on the high side to say the least... Most I've ever done on a 19-nor cycle is 800mg/week Deca.... Separate cycle Tren at 350mg/week... So nowhere near your dosages...

Yesterday I had shoulders so I did an easy workout without any pressing. I've got arms tomorrow and I'll start that off with some dumb bell pressing to make up for it.

Opened it up today! Someone kindly offered to spot me so I let loose! The first couple of reps at 160kg the fella was touching the bar so I had to tell him that I'd do it all... At 140kg x 12 I got a nosebleed! This morning when I woke up I had one as well... damn this always happens to me the day I kick a cold.

Tren-authority is kicking in, my god feeling super boss today... and I'm not having any of the usual sides which put me off Tren! Lets keep the fingers crossed it carries on like this. Not feeling like a emo bitch at all! Low/no test owns. No more estrogen and prolactin for me. My best cycle so far hands down!

Only thing I'm thinking of changing with my cycle is possibly swapping the NPP for Deca and pinning everything twice a week. Daily pins get old after a while... not sure if I want to tinker too much the Tren's treating me nicely!

When I'm training by myself I only bench to the point where I know I can get a full smooth rep. I've ended up with a few barbells stuck on me over the years... so ya learn to take a step back for safety.

So without a spotter I aim to bench only a little bit more every week, for safety reasons.

I enjoy training solo though, a spotter is fine, but I hate training with others... generally.

Good benching man. Almost what I do (unspotted) and I can bench 4 wheels easily. You should have it in the bag with a spotter as long as they are just there to help the bar off, not actually help move the weight like I see so many douche bags do :doh:
