I might try Tren-E, would come off the Deca if I did consider it.

Have run Deca and Tren-A together for a short time with no issues and was really happy with the effects on strength, shape and joints at the time.

whats the reasoning for this with tren e, when you say tren ace and deca was so good..like whats the difference?

never done Tren-E before but seems like less pinning to me that's all, same compound.

I'm only pinning twice a week and not interested in doing more than that. Plus 400mg of Tren a week seems like enough to me so fits nicely with 2 x 200mg/ml.

Bro, I will have to visit one day. I figure my technique is shit. At 96kg, I am stuck at 115kg for 3 sets of 7 reps (Then 25x 60kg). Average day is 110.

IDW, post those pics man. Even tubes of your press. I seriously think my technique must be bunk. Youtubes only do so much, and real talk face to face is more beneficial, but I will be keen to see how it goes at that weight.

I am resisting pinning more, at this point.

train hard, the date where I want to achieve 180kg is 12 January. Would be great if I can get 180kg x 5 and post a video in that NZBB Strongest Lifter competition that I talked SG in to running again. But I'll consider 180kg for even 1 rep by then a win. It's been something I've long dreamed of but never tried working towards. I can currently confidently do 3 reps by myself with 160kg without a spotter and about 12 reps with 140kg.

Updates

Last few days I've been a bit sick, sore throat and feeling crap (but I'm feeling 100% at the moment). I wasn't sick enough during the weekend to stay home though...

Friday night I went to a computer gaming LAN (lol) and stayed up until 5a.m. Which was OK in that I got an extra two meals in. I had one JD and coke and boom Tren/Nolva sides came at me, prolactin hot flashes and sore around my nipples. Should have learnt from this.

Saturday night I went to a work Christmas party. Mad Chinese buffet on so I hooked that up! Stupidly I had a Smirnov Black (drinks were free), only one... when I hit the sack I realise my chest flared up sore around my nipples again but really bad this time... I just ignored it and went to sleep.

Lesson learned - don't drink anything on a cycle like this!

Training updates

Currently I'm training bodybuilder style workouts 5 days a week Monday - Friday.

The split is as follows:

Back

Chest

Legs

Shoulders

Arms

I'm taking Saturday and Sunday off training to recover. Every Sunday I'm plugging my split in to http://www.random.org to shuffle the workout days up.

Today I trained Back. Two exercises, wide-grip lat pull-downs firstly and then Dumb-Bell rows. I believe DB rows are probably the best complement to building a big bench. Row big and it'll help you bench big!

We only have 67kg DB's at Les Mills and I've been rowing them for a while, even though the movement is starting to feel easy it's still a bloody hard and intense exercise for me. I'm always panting like a motherfucker after each arm and feel like I'm gonna stroke out getting those last hard-earned reps.

4 sets with 67kg each arm of about 15 solid paused reps, probably a few less than 15 in the last couple of sets as I was pretty exhausted by then. I followed this up with a couple of sets using 62kg DB's.

Why do I wish we had some big mofo 90kg DB's?! Man I'd love them... would be the end of me.

The rest of the week will see me doing: Legs, Shoulders, Chest, Arms. In that order.

Cycle Updates

This has been my best feeling cycle to date. I'm fucking loving the trened out buz I'm on at the moment. Low test is the way to run high Tren + Deca!

I have added in a little bit of test. My Mast E and Bold Cyp were a bit strong and caused quite painful post injection pain. Just because EO can hold 400mg/mL Mast E doesn't mean you should make it that strong. Lesson learned. I've got some Sust floating around that I'm mixing in with those two... aiming to run not more than 250mg/mL Test per week.

Deadlifts is the only exercise that truly stimulates both the lower and upper body. The same cannot be said of squats. Deadlifts work the butt, upper thighs, hamstrings, lower back, upper middle back, traps, and gives a kind of "fullness" in the chest.

u dont need to deadlift every back workout.

Forgetting the 'stack'/dose and whether the goal is realistic or not.

Having a computer randomly tell u what body parts to train in what order each week is gym dumb. You got to have structure if u want to achieve anything of any significance.

U trained back then ur training legs the next day that's gym dumb

Shoulders then next day chest, when your number one goal is to build a big bench is gym dumb.

Your goal of 180x5 in 4.5 weeks when your not even doing 160x4 ATM is a big ask, I would say its quite unrealistic but none the less you should ask the guys on here who specialise in strength and ask them how to do it, not tell us.

It's not dumb if you train smartly. I didn't do deadlifts yesterday... my legs are fresh as f*ck today and asking for a bashing. If back and legs had come up a few days apart I'd have adjusted my routine and put some dead lifts in. I don't need to deadlift and squat every week, so I'm not too fussed - either one will do... and some weeks I don't need to do either.

The goal is 180x1 in 4 weeks (I'm probably already there given the number of reps I can do with 140 - but I'm not going to try for a few weeks yet). If I can grind out 5 with a spotter (the guy videoing the lift) I'll be happy. Eventually I want to be able to work with 180kg like I work with 160kg at the moment.

The way my split is organised is fine. But I do need to ensure I think smartly about my exercise selection every week and change it on the fly if I want to ensure that it doesn't interfere with my progress on the bench.

Specialist training? Are you mad. I'm going more for a Branch Warren type of training style rather than any specialist strength training. My strength aint no-where near stalled on my bench yet - so I just don't need to, yet.

This is important Tom. This thread is not about listening to anyone or getting advice and help on training. It's about an outlet for my journey over the next couple of months.

I can't help but think this is a wasted exercise. You are planning on reaching 180kg bench with drugs in 4 weeks. What happens when you end the cycle? Surely strength will drop or are you planning staying on?

Nothing would get done in life if everything was just deemed a wasted exercise. The blast cycle will last another 8-10 weeks past those 4 weeks... I'm looking to run this cycle for a about 12-14 weeks. I'll start loosing my gains when I end my cycle. I'm not worried about strength dropping off - it's a fact of life and keeps things interesting. I'll just resume cruising on low dose Test E afterwards, 200-300mg/week.

So just wanna hit 180. Whats your overall goal with lifting? After this what you gonna aim for? Just curious as mine have changed over the years.

Now i'm feeling the burn for fitness

I just love training... it gives me a great endorphin rush. I haven't thought about what I'll do after this block of training. Maybe fitness as well. :)

No, likely I'll not gain much weight as I'm not eating much over maintenance and I'm being quite careful to not eat big on carbs and to keep fats really low. I'll harden up, that's for sure. My mid section is already feeling a lot tighter and has dropped a bit of fat.

No I'm not looking at changing my physique substantially, mainly the goal here is to tighten up all over and work on bringing up strength on bench.
