In this thread I will be logging my chest workouts only, and discussing my cycle. :pfft:

I'm currently running

tren e, npp 100mg of each every day

mast e, bold 600mg / week

Starting weight: 91.5kg lightweight

Chest

The goal is to bench 4 plates. I'm pretty weak and small naturally, so it's a hard ask for me... but I think I can do it. Hopefully to bench 5 reps of it too! :)

Warmed up

140kg x 5

150kg x 5

160kg 3 x 3

Maybe would have had a 5 repper with 160kg but I wasn't going to push it as I had no spotter.

That's a very interesting cycle IDW, 2 X 19-nors @ 1400mg/wk

Masteron as a DHT derivative (600mg/wk??)

Boldernone as the only member of the Testosterone family @ 600mg/wk...

2600mg/wk that seems like a serious total.. No Testosterone as such'ish...

I'd be interested to know the reasoning for your choice and amount of compounds.?

It's a bit different aye. Not the usual. Each compound is chosen to provide a specific effect for the cycle

Tren - To make me look like a bodybuilder. Next to DNP it's the best repartitioning agent.

Mast - To reduce estrogen that aromatises from the Boldenone. Low estrogen, low prolactin from the NPP and Tren.

NPP - Hydraulic fluid to help me lift heavy

Boldenone - My cycle's base... the bread and butter.

Testosterone is great, but I feel it makes me nasty when I'm on Tren. Angry. No test, no/low estrogen, no/low prolactin from the 19-nor's.

Don't care if I haven't got much libido on this cycle, just wanna be a ripped up freak boosting the weights. :)

If u needa use that much to bench 180kg then wow lol.

Try a strength template of some sort rather than just loading up on gear and hoping it magically happens.

What can I say man... I love steroids. ;-)

I think I could already bench 180kg with a spotter. I can easily maintain my strength on 200mg Test e per week. So, no Tommy boy, I don't need that much to bench 180kg.

But, I want to be able to do 180kg x 5 with no spotter.

Good suggestion on a strength template... 5/3/1 might be interesting... don't really care for singles tho. You got any recommendations?

Whatever man, not gonna try make you see sense as that's impossible with most on this forum lol.

I dunno much about strength templates sorry im wrong person to ask. Maybe you'd get a better answer posting in another section of forum.

That'd imply that you think you know better. Aren't you meant to be going natural? :lol:

Tren E's kicking in well. Was close to 1a.m. last night before I felt like sleeping. Once I got off to sleep though, it was all good.

I hope it doesn't get worse!

Tom, since you're such a guru and all.. I think I'll come train at your gym for a while... what's the fee for a casual entry? :pfft:

If you need this much to maintain 90 odd kgs how much will you need to get to 100kg :shock:

I don't really understand. With this much I can push myself way past 100kg.

I've been on 200mg Test E for the last 6 weeks. Maintaining my strength. Before that I did a short 6 week blast, and before that I was off everything for the most part of this year.

Hope that explains things a bit.
