My Lifting Goals:

Lift x1 1/2 times my body weight in Squats (5 sets of 5)

Lift x1 1/2 times my body weight in Deadlifts (5 sets of 5)

Lift x1 1/2 times my body weight in Bench Press (5 sets of 5)

Lift x1 my bodyweight for Overhead Press (5 sets of 5)

Lift x1 my bodyweight for Bent Over Row (5 sets of 5)

5 sets 20 bodyweight dips with 20kg added weight

5 sets 20 bodyweight pull ups with 20kg added weight

Passed two months I've been ramping up. +2.5kg every workout. Reaching new ground.

Current:

Squats = 100 KG (5x5)

Deadlift = 125 KG (5x5)

Bench Press = 70kg (5x5)

Overhead Press = 55 KG (5x5)

Bent over Row = 60 KG (5x5)

Nervous and Excited driving to the gym from work everyday. Positive mind set definitely helps when pushing heavier weights. Wonder if I can keep this up... and for how long!

Edit: yesterday's work out:

Squats:

Warm up

1x 20kg bar squats x5

1x 60kg squats x3

1x 80kg squats x2

5x 100kg squats x5 sets

Almost puked 4 and 5 set of Squats, felt like squad muscles. On par with heaviest weight I've done. haven't squatted in over a year. Felt fan friggentastic. Last set started to lean forward to much making squat harder.

Overhead press:

Warm up

1x 20kg bar ohp x5

1x 40kg ohp x3

5x 55kg ohp x5

Last set most difficult. Struggled with last 2 reps. Forced my body into proper technique without jerking.

Deadlift:

1x 40kg bar deadlift x5

1x 80kg deadlift x3

5x 130kg deadlift x5

Too big a gap in warm up between 80 and 130kg struggled first set. Second CNS kicked in and everything worked out. Shins got bit by bar couple of times.
