So I did FST-7 training today for 7 sets of tricep kickbacks. It was pretty outta control. I chanted to myself 'GYMRAT GYMRAT" on each rep of each of the 7 set which I thought would be good plus it would also show my support for Gymrat which is good.

I do apologise for the comments that I made about Ben wolfenbuttle and the other trainers that I had when I was at snap fitness Dunedin. They won't be said again or in future threads on this website

Back today 

seated row 1x20 48kg, 5x15 84kg for the five working sets, five drop sets on the last set

lat pulldowns 5x15 60kg,66kg,72kg,72kg,72kg

Reverse pulldowns 4x10 54kg,60kg,66kg,72 

bent over bb row 4x15 90kg for the four working sets 

chins up 3x failure

treadmill 60 minutes 

Had a good session this morning . Was finding the weights that I were using at the time a bit heavy . Figured that would be normal at this stage in the journey and given that when Monday rolls around will be cutting for 20 weeks which also include the four day break that I had from the diet after the pans. Figured today instead of counting down the cardio sessions that I have left between now and Nats . I be best to take it one week at a time instead of getting to far a head of myself. Will be delivering a better package for Nats then I did for the pans.

Just to clear some fucken bullshit up:

Last year Damien deited on extremely restricted calories and heaps of cardio. 

This year he ate over twice as much food and did less than a quarter of the cardio.  Even though he may not have presented a show stopping physique, his physique was improved from the previous year,. Anyone who has been in bodybuilding will understand that this is a huge achievement. 

Of course if Damien starts doing many hours of cardio and restricting foods heavily he will lose more body fat and come in leaner. But this will be off the back of the PT at snap who has worked hard not to starve or overwork him like the previous year. This has helped preserve his metabolism and would have benefitted his health and his longevity in bodybuilding. And of course was done in hope that Damien might learn from and potentially build on the approach, as any good competitor does throughout their competing career.

The PT at snap's plan was to have a short break from cardio before increasing again, aiming for more fat loss before the nationals, but also trying to preserve what muscle mass Damien has.

Now I hope you can see how rediculous it is for Damien to change his trainer and whole gym from one comment from the troll Michael Knight.

The moderators need to do something about this thread. You guys need to know that Damien is incapable of understanding you. I know it is funny at times but there is actually a real person at the end of this and the things you are saying are actually affecting his life.

Last year I was living on 1200 calories each day and was finding it very hard towards the end of prep for the pans last year plus came close a few times by having a major melt down at work. I classed last year as learning curve. For this year I can have more food which makes things more easy for me to do training,my jobs at work etc.

I am not training Gymrat he has his training program all sorted, and is this all it's about is being able to look forward to things that may or may not happen, that's just plain desperate!

If I don't place at Nats I am going to stay for the whole show plus it will be a good way for me to learn about what I need do for next year and overall it will be a good learning experince between now and two days out from Nats I am going to be low carb then I will start carbing up for Nats.

Let's get real... bibby not gonna be a world beater probably never gonna do better than last place... So if this thread gives him some enjoyment and makes him feel like he is someone then that's cool for him. 

You guys who do bodybuilding Needa learn how to enjoy the ride... U feel like shit for weeks on end, stressing yourselves out and giving yourselves a complexion all for a 50 second routine and another 3 mins on stage posing. Can't take a joke and have a bit of fun in a journal that's not even yours.

bb curls 6x failure 11kg to 35kg

triceps rope pushdown 2x20 in,20out,20 overhead 25,45 pounds

triceps rope pushdown 3x12 45,55,65 pounds

triceps pushdown 4x12 125,135,145,175 pounds

superset

db hammer curls 4x12 20kg's,22.5kg's,25kg's,30kg's

close grip bench press 3x12 65kg,68kg,75kg 

seated alternating DB curls 4x12 12kg's,15kg's,17.5kg's,20kg's

seated alternating DB curls 4drop sets to failure 

close grip push-up to failure

Had a good session this morning which took 50 minutes to train arms plus a hour on the treadmill after words . When I was doing cardio and was thinking in a few weeks time it will be my birthday and given that I am dieting down for Nats. I be best not to ask for gift vouchers from fast food outlets like subway, Burger King etc since places like that are classed has off season. That's fine with me guys if you guys give me some stick while I am preping for Nats as long it is not to personal.

Was thinking last night and I do fill out the entry form Nats . I could put down world fitnes Dunedin ,Dunedin friendly gym. Figured that would be a good way market world fitness when I am up in Auckland for Nats. Given now that world fitness is Ratzilla gym and place of work as well. More veins are starting to show in my lower abs hope more veins will start to show between now and when I fly up to Auckland on October 9th. Was thinking yesterday on the week of the show that I am going to ditch the sauces that I have been using up until now. After I discovered when I was carbing up two days out from the pans got pimples  on my lower abs etc .Starting Monday five weeks to go bring it on.
