Gymrat's journey to the bodybuilding stage

You've got yourself in good shape under some guidence from your trainer, why do you think you've been done wrong?

In good shape??? He looked like shit on stage, he was well over 10%. With the muscle mass he's got he should be around 70kgs stage weight to be ripped, not 82kgs. Either way, he's gonna come dead last at Nationals anyway so if we become his trainer; we can have fun, he won't annoy his trainer and Pseudo gets more activity on the forum. Win/win situation.

I thought my upper body looked while there was too much fat on my quads . While the other two people in my class had bugger all fat on there quads. Plus I don't quit when it gets hard going and I know what my target weight for Nats is 79kg. To get there is by doing five hour cardio sessions on the treadmill including riding my bike as well.

hour cardio on treadmill

Had a good session this morning took 50 minutes to train arms plus a hour on the treadmill for my second of many cardio sessions to come while I am prepping for nationals. To help me come in leaner and better then I did at the pans. Was feeling a bit tried when I was leaving the gym. Had enough engery in the tank to bike into town to get a long black coffee. Given my run of bad luck that I have had with trainers . I figured that I do my own prep for nationals plus I know about carb cycleing etc

So why did you fire your last trainer bro? Sorry I think I missed something..

Was not happy with cardio plan that he had for me nationals and I know that I need to be doing more cardio to come in leaner for nationals
