Waxing went well this afternoon and did not feel a thing while my body hair was being removed. Just thought about my final week of prep and kicking ass at the pans next weekend. Had to do a patch up job when I got home from town and the gym . Will be training quads tomorwo because of the snow that is forecast for Sunday just be on the safe of things and so I can get my last quad train before  D day gym rat style next Saturday

Hey bro what are you coming up to Auckland for?

Will be coming up for the pan pacific show and competing in the masters over 35 class. Quads today

leg extensions 2x20 23kg,41kg, 5x10 90kg,95,99kg,104kg,108kg last set seven drop sets

single leg press 3x12 1pps,1.5pps,1.5pps

smith machine hack squats 5x15 80kg,80kg,90kg,90kg,90kg three drop sets on the last set

kick stand squats 4x20 15kg's,17.5kg's,20kg's,22.5kg's

walking lunges 2x20 body weight,10kg's

This morning when I got up thought being the final five sessions in the gym I will do lots of drop sets to make my sessions very intense and hard. Today being a high carb day thought I wii digest my breakfast for a hour before heading to the gym.  When I was biking to the gym one more week until game day or D day. Notice that the veins are starting to show more clearly in my legs after I got waxed yesterday and a few members at the gym notice that I got waxed yesterday. Will be weighing myself three times leading up to the show which will be Monday at the start of the week Wednesday when I low carb and at weigh in on Friday night.

For the reamaining sessions that I have got left in the gym before I fly up to Auckland and going to war at the pans . Will be throwing in lots of drop sets which will lead to lots fucken kill me gym rat style to help keep the muscles full of blood. Been checking out the breakfast options for macdonlds for when i go there next Sunday for my post comp breakfast including other food spots around the Auckland Cbd like the restaurants and cafés in sky city as well. Will be posting my comp meals when it comes to that time plus I will have more freedom in the macros area as well. Which will be very rewarding after the long weeks of putting my body through hell gym rat style.

Why you doin masters general gymrat? I thought you were like 15 or something? Because you always riding that bike of yours plus all that texting. Or are you professional cyclist as well?

Good ideas gymrat. What are you thinking of order at McDonald's so far?

 

Post comp food list is so far 

breakfast big kiwi breakfast ,blueberry muffin 

morning tea blueberry muffin hot chocolate 

lunch bento 

food at warriors game not sure yet but don't care what it is 

tea Burger King and it is coupon month hell yeah

thinking of having macdonlds as one of cheat meals later on in the week when I am there

lorne st cafe for breakfast when I am in Auckland 

other food options will be sushi,Phud Thai etc Indian when I come to,Devenport 

carott cake from Starbucks including there hot chocolate with marshmallows 

will be keeping things clean food wise as well. Will be going hard out on the drop sets this week

Chest and calfs today

Dips 3x10

Smith machine decline press 3x12 80kg,90kg,100kg

Cable cross overs 3x12 60pps,70pps,80pps eight drop sets on the last set

Spine bench press 3x12 80kg,100kg,11okg

Seated chest press 1x6 drop sets 72kg to 23kg

Calf press 5x25 5pps for the five working sets

Seated calf raise 5x25 45kg for the five working sets

Before I went out the door this morning thought I am going play things very safe this week before I fly up to Aucks which would include when I am biking to the gym,work and home.Weighed 83.9kg before I started my session hopefully I will be the same weight when I weigh on Friday night figures crossed and other limps as well. Showed  a few other members that I know at the gym my hair less legs . Had a good session and will be going hard out for the drop sets this week by getting much blood as possiable into the muscle.Thought of one other food that I am looking forward to having with my post comp meals is miso soup which I like.Bought myself a copy of Genration Iron on DVD from ASN after the gym.Was going to buy a copy of it from NZ Muscle on Queen St.Thought I will buy a copy of it hear and buy some other bodybuilding DVD instead like battle for the Olympia from 07.
