I am use to the weather when I am there like last year for examaple the the weather was average which would classed as a typical spring day in Dunedin cool and wet but did not mind one bit. The time dose not effect me one bit when I fly up from Dunedin to Auckland . Nothing wrong with remuera use to live in that part of Auckland from 85 to 87.

Nothing wrong with abit of remuera bibby... So you lived there did you? What forced you out and into Dunedin, the '87 stock market crash?

When back to Canada for three and half years and moved back to nz just as the gulf war was starting and to this very day I can remember getting of the plane in Tahiti seeing a cop with a machine gun which was a sock to,the system and thought things would be very peaceful in this part of the world

Quads today

leg extensions 2x20 23kg,45kg,5x10 108kg for the five working sets

leg press 5x15 6pps for the five working sets 

kick stand squats 4x20 17.5kg's,20kg's ,22.5kg's,25kg's

walking lunges 3x20 15kg's,17.5kg's,20kg's

cross trainer 20 minutes fat burn 

Had a good session this morning and was going to smith machine hack squats as I do on a Wednesday . Until I notice that the smith machine was broken thought bugger so I had to leg press instead kept the rep and set range despite the smith machine being broken. Had to do a couple of things in town before going to work like getting my ticket for the warriors game that I am going to on the Sunday after the pans. Had to walk by noodle hut and they had the door open. Manged ok despite the smell coming from inside noodle hut. Thought oh well and this time next month will be in post comp mode and enjoying any food that I like with out keeping track of macros. Thought today when I am filling out my entry form for the pans I am going thank you guys for you support and other people as well. Will be putting gym rat and Ratzilla on the entry form before posting it in the mail including posting my nabba/wff membership to Christchurch

this morning had a  session with my trainer won't bother to list the sets or reps including the weights used. My trainer asked about what a press was said it is kind of hard to explain what it is . Did shoulder press with me facing the pad by hitting my rear delts which included negative reps as well. Did DB lying hamstring curls for the first time after I have seen photos of Toney freeman doing them. Thought it was good. Showed my trainer my cardio plan that I have for when doing cardio in the gym have to do 10 minutes on the stairmill which is easy to do instead of the 20 minutes what I wrote down. Asked about what the best option for my first coat of spray after I was thinking about getting the light tan put on first the followed by dark tan as my second and last coat. Got told dark which is the better option. Got a surprise today went I went to westpac to pay for my nabba/ wff membership . Got told the nabba/ wff chch bank account is closed made me think which bank I go to. Had to go to a Internet cafe to check the nabba/wff web site to see if there is any new info about the new bank account info for nabba/wff . Ended up sending Leanne Simays a text and asked about the new bank account number and got told to send my membership to Auckland instead of Christchurch . Will be seeing my trainer on Monday after having two high carb days on the week. Now can have high carbs for breakfast during my high carb days won't say the amount or what type of carbs for my breakfast that i use.

That also made me laugh as well just about fell off my chair at work while I was reading the comments in my journal

Last night I idea which came to mind which is when august 9th comes around. I am going to think of many famous generals in history who have lead there country's in battles . I will be known as general gym rat or general Ratzilla the battle ground will be kings school remuera. Starting to think of some props that could where for my posing rountie since I will be posing to thunderstruck acdc live at river plate.

Arms today

straight bar curls 5x failure

Triceps rope push down 2x20 in,20 out,20 over head

Triceps rope push down 3x12

db hammer curls 4x12

superset 

triceps pushdown with triangle bar 4x12

Close grip bench press 3x12

Seated alternating DB curls 3x12

DB curls 1x4 drop sets

close grip push-ups to faliure

close grip push-ups on step to failure

cross trainer 20 minutes fat burn mode

Had a good session this morning which took a hour to train arms  and 20 minutes of cardio. Had to see footage of the Brazil vs Germany game. Thought Brazil must be feeling the same way as nz after the all blacks got knocked out by France in the quater final . Had to rest for ten minutes after I was done my session before having a shower. Biking to work was a bit slow going since I was tired and starting to feel hungry as well. Walked up the stairs at work looking like a zombie. Manged to feel better after having some food in me. Thought yesterday when I was biking home form work for the rest of my prep to spend the weekend at home to be well rested for Monday and my sessions in the gym.

So you're only going to watch bodybuilding DVDs eh? You either got a shit tonne of them or it's gonna be pretty boring lol. 

a battle plan for Auckland you say... Have you taken I to account the altitude adjustment u will need? Your travelling up the country so that's higher up meaning harder to breathe etc... Like when the all blacks go to South Africa and the ball flys through the air easier... Well up here we do bigge weights, they fly through the air also.

include in your battle plan a humidity adjustment phase it's alot more humid up here... Adjust your water I take accordingly. 

allow for jetlag... Etc

realistically you should be arriving in Auckland 2 weeks before the show to acclimatise, desensitise (can't have you missing mommy when u up on stage), sleepitise (so getting used to jetlag), humiditise yourself to all the above.

traffic is sick in Auckland and your faggat left wing mate Len browns public transport ideas ain't gonna do jack to help you get to kings in remuera... There isn't even a kings school in remuera... Go on Facebook and go to the page 'humans of remuera' post on their about schools and general info on how to get from here to there... One of them might pick u up in their Lexus and drive you.

Oh if you missing your cat while your up here, ive got a dog you can pat, and take for walks in our humid wet climate to help you get acclimatised
