Why are you having sauces now bro? You shouldn't be doing that, that's not gonna get you leaner.

The pimples on your lower abdominals are ingrown hairs from your waxing mate, completely unrelated to some sauces. That's my guess.

I will ditch the sauces from hear on in.

Post your diet up bro, will offer some suggestions.

Having a tiny amount if sauce like that probably not a huge deal but if you apply that thought to all parts of your diet... By that I mean having a little additionals of this and little additionals of that with foods then it will make a big difference to not coming in at your best. Who told you to have sauce? 1tspn... What is even the point of that.

Can you get a group photo of you and your co workers bro and put it up on your journal? you're always talking about them and wanna see what they look like.

Or wiil post up the world fitness website www.worldfitness.co.nz where you can see some photos of my co workers. Got rid of the sauces that was using so it would not lead to temptation for the rest of my prep.

I think you should txt your trainer and ask him whether you should cut out the sauces

I am no longer training at snap plus no longer using the trainer that I had when i was at snap. Doing the rest of my prep on my own

leg extensions 2x20 29kg,41kg, 5x10 77kg,83kg,90kg,95kg,101kg

leg press 3x20 5pps,6pps,7pps

hack squats 5x15 110kg,120kg,130kg,140kg

bb squats 4x12 70kg,80kg,90kg,100kg

db walking lunges 2x50 12kg,15kg

treadmill 60 minutes

when I got up this morning weighed myself before breakfast weight is 81kg five weeks out. The plan is between now then to drop another three or four kg which will help give me a chance of doing well in my class at Nats plus having a good carb up as well when it comes to that time. Had a good session this morning plus it was nice doing hack squats for change. Remember doing them when I was at les mills. My quads were feeling it afterwords including when I biked up from work the supermarket to get some items including mixed herbs to help make my meals more nice for the rest of my prep and bought chill powder after work from gardens new world. Found out today where height check etc for Nats is being held at Avondale motel. That's good to know after I was wondering which venue in Auckland is holding height check etc. Booked into englance on Hanover st for a full body wax on October 3rd at 4:30 since there closer to work then the other beauty place that I have used in the other previous two times that i have been waxed.

medium grip pulldown 3x10 66kg,72kg,78kg

superset

incline bench rows 3x15 15kg's for the three working sets 

rack pulls 3x12 100kg for the three working sets

superset 

db shurgs 3x12  40kg's for the three working sets

wide grip seated row 3x12 78kg,84kg,90kg

straight arm pulldown 3xfailure 55,65,75 pounds

chins 3x failure

treadmill 60 minutes

Had a good hard session this morning with not much rest in between sets plus lots of grunting as well. Had to put up with music video with lots of burgers in not to sure who the artist was. Since I was busy doing cardio. Thought I hate seeing videos like that while I am preping. Been enjoying the mixed herds and chilli powder to my meals since I bought them yesterday . Notice the chilli powder has a good mean kick to it. One of my co workers brought in diffrent types of herbal teas for me to try while I am preping
