So do you have 2 mobile phones now bibby? So you can txt yourself and ask yourself all the questions you used to ask your trainer (which is now yourself)?  Keep that up long enough you might even fire yourself... Then who will do your prep? 

I have one cell phone plus I watch movation videos on YouTube before going to the gym

Do you still incorporate FST-7 in to your training gymrat? I havent seen it mentioned for a while.

 

Was thinking of applying it myself but not sure if 1) it will make me get too big or 2) it is staff.

 

 

Will be using fst-7 durring offseason . I try it Hitro it is hard a first because of the short rest peorids once you get the hang of it you will be fine

Shoulders and hamstrings 

shoulder press 5x15 30kg for the five working sets

arnold press 3x15 15kg's for the three working sets 

DB lateral raise 5x12 15kg's for the five working sets

Up right row 3x12 42kg, 48kg, 54kg 

rear delt row 1x6 drop sets 48kg to 18kg 

Standing leg curl 5x10 32kg,36kg,42kg,48kg,54kg. 

Seated leg curls 3x10 41kg,48kg,54kg

super set

db rdls 3x15 20kg's , 25kg, 30kg's 

lyining hamstring curls 3x10 48kg,54kg, 60kg

high leg press 3x20 3pps,4pps,4pps

single leg press 4x12 2pps for the four working sets

walking lunges 1x20 body weight 

treadmill 60 minutes 

Had good session this morning which took a hour and five minutes to train shoulders and hamstrings. Was feeling it afterwords when I had to go and go to the bank to pay for my order of vitamin c that I got off sportsfule last night . Thought I best to do that now rather then later and the same for fish oils for work which were bought from the supermarket . Will be paying my entry fee for nationals next and week after that will be posting off my music and entry form off as well. Will be thanking everyone on hear for there support expect for wolfenbutthole which I don't like  who has started bagging me in recent post from him.
