Since I am six week out from nationals and for every rep that i do between now and my last session in the gym before I fly up on October 9 th . Will think NZ,NZ,NZ etc same kind of concept like when I was preping for the pans.

But that only got you 3rd gymrat - will it be enough for the nats?

Why don't you suprise everyone and lift it another level by thinking "World World World"

Come to think of it that's a better idea by thinking world world world. Already I came up with a phrase for if I qulifay for the worlds which is Ratzilla vs the world. Found out what time that I will be training back with one of my co workers which is half past nine this morning which means that now for my cardio in the gym have to change things around today by doing half hour on the cross trainer after I am done training back and moving my hour of cardio on the treadmill to Saturday instead.

This morning trained back with one of my co workers and I took them to school Ratzilla style by out lifting them with 40 seconds rest in between sets .My co worker was finding it hard to keep up with me because of the short rest peorids. Since he is use to longer rest periods then me. My co worker was buggered after words . Carried on with half hour on the cross trainer for cardio which went well. Legs were a bit shanky after words looked like I had a tub of pre work out stuck in between my gluteus lol.But they were fin later on for when doing my jobs that I had to do at work.

cable cross overs 3x12 65pps,75pps,85pps

bb bench press 3x12 80kg,90kg,100kg

treadmill 60 minutes cardio

Had a good session this morning was surprised about benching 100kg for 12 reps with not much carbs in me as well. Got some random person to spot me on the last set . While I was doing cardio this morning I realized that flamer and I will be both carring the flag for Dunedin . When I compete in the nabba/wff nationals on October 11th and flamer on October 25-26 for nabba. One thing I have notice so far since I have started training at world fitness where I work don't have rush from going to snap to work since now that is a thing of the past. Plus I can duck out for going to the supermarket or what ever needs to be done like banking etc

This true bibby?

if it is that's not at all beneficial, that's just stupid mate

Yes most of the exercise that I do are half reps the reason being so I don't run into joint problems later on in life

sometimes i think you must be taking the piss

Half reps is bit of an exaggeration, heard on social media and from various Dunedin trainers that it's more like 1/8th reps.

Are you getting a new trainer for nats? Most bbers who compete at that level would have a trainer which will give them unfair advantage and make them gain more size and get leaner quads. Should probably look for new trainer bro or else might as well just pull the plug. Flamer said she was happy to train you. Should pm her bro and sort out some training sessions and posing practice. Plus with trainer to spot most of your reps it's staffer and less strain on the joints which is important when one is cutting for higher level comps such as nats and staying injury free etc

Ok bro, please try hard to use full range of motion.

Full range of motion works the entire muscle and builds strength over the entire movement. Partial reps in some cases actually cause more injury due to imbalance. You prob can't even understand this so I'm gonna stop there and not waste my time lol.

I am not pulling the plug plus i doing the rest of my prep on my own. I will tell you guys about what mike kingsnorth told me. When he competed for the first time he had to do use own prep and this was way before trainers etc and I am going by that plus given my run of bad luck with trainers that I have had.

So what about this range of motion bibby?

What good is 100kg on bench press if your not doing it properly drop the weight and do the exercises correctly and work the muscle then they will grow and then you place better than you have done.

im sure tomsammce was telling you this for years!?

So do you have 2 mobile phones now bibby? So you can txt yourself and ask yourself all the questions you used to ask your trainer (which is now yourself)?  Keep that up long enough you might even fire yourself... Then who will do your prep?
